1 Louvarei a Jeová de todo o meu coração, Cantarei todas as tuas maravilhas.
2 Alegrar-me-ei e exultarei em ti, Cantarei louvores ao teu nome, ó Altíssimo.
3 Ao retrocederem os meus inimigos, Tropeçam e somem-se da tua presença.
4 Pois sustentaste o meu direito e a minha causa; No trono te assentaste, julgando retamente.
5 Repreendeste as nações, destruíste o iníquo, Apagaste o nome deles para todo o sempre.
6 Quanto aos inimigos, consumidos estão; perpétuas são as suas ruínas. Arrasaste as suas cidades, e até a memória deles pereceu.
7 Jeová, porém, está entronizado para sempre; Erigiu o seu trono para exercer o juízo.
8 É ele quem julgará com justiça o mundo, Quem aos povos administrará juízo com eqüidade.
9 Assim Jeová será para o oprimido um alto refúgio, Um alto refúgio em tempos de extremidade.
10 Em ti, pois, confiarão os que conhecem o teu nome, Porque tu, Jeová, não tens abandonado os que te buscam.
11 Entoai louvores a Jeová, que habita em Sião; Anunciai entre os povos os seus feitos.
12 Pois ele, o vingador do sangue, se lembra deles; Não se esquece do grito dos pobres.
13 Compadece-te de mim, Jeová; Olha a aflição que sofro dos que me aborrecem, Tu que me levantas das portas da morte,
14 Para que eu manifeste todos os teus louvores. Nas portas da filha de Sião, Eu me regozijarei na tua salvação.
15 Afundam-se as nações na cova que abriram, Na rede que ocultaram, ficou preso o seu pé.
16 Jeová dá-se a conhecer, executa o juízo: Enlaçado está o iníquo nas obras das suas mãos. (Higaiom. Selá)
17 Os iníquos hão de voltar para o Cheol, Todas as nações que se esquecem de Deus.
18 Pois não será esquecido para sempre o necessitado, Nem a esperança dos aflitos se frustrará perpetuamente.
19 Levanta-te, Jeová; não prevaleça o mortal. Sejam as nações julgadas na tua presença.
20 Incute-lhes temor, Jeová; Saibam as nações que de mortais não passam. (Selá)

2 \9:1\I will give you praise, O Lord, with all my heart; I will make clear all the wonder of your works.
3 \9:2\I will be glad and have delight in you: I will make a song of praise to your name, O Most High.
4 \9:3\When my haters are turned back, they will be broken and overcome before you.
5 \9:4\For you gave approval to my right and my cause; you were seated in your high place judging in righteousness.
6 \9:5\You have said sharp words to the nations, you have sent destruction on the sinners, you have put an end to their name for ever and ever.
7 \9:6\You have given their towns to destruction; the memory of them has gone; they have become waste for ever.
8 \9:7\But the Lord is King for ever: he has made ready his high seat for judging.
9 \9:8\And he will be the judge of the world in righteousness, giving true decisions for the peoples.
10 \9:9\The Lord will be a high tower for those who are crushed down, a high tower in times of trouble;
11 \9:10\And those who have knowledge of your name will put their faith in you; because you, Lord, have ever given your help to those who were waiting for you.
12 \9:11\Make songs of praise to the Lord, whose house is in Zion: make his doings clear to the people.
13 \9:12\When he makes search for blood, he has them in his memory: he is not without thought for the cry of the poor.
14 \9:13\Have mercy on me, O Lord, and see how I am troubled by my haters; let me be lifted up from the doors of death;
