Psalms 146

3 Do not trust in nobles,

in a son of man,  * 146:3 Or a mere mortal who cannot save.  * 146:3 Ps 60:11; 108:12; 118:8–9

4 When his breath  * 146:4 Or spirit leaves him,

he returns to the ground;

5 Happy is the one whose help is the God of Jacob,
