Psalms 68

3 But the righteous are glad;

they rejoice before God and celebrate with joy.  * 68:3 Ps 32:11; 40:16; 64:10

4 Sing to God! Sing praises to his name.

Exalt him who rides on the clouds  * 68:4 Or rides through the desert  —

his name is the Lord* 68:4 Hb Yah  — and celebrate before him.  * 68:4 Dt 33:26; Ps 7:17; 66:4; Is 19:1

5 God in his holy dwelling is

a father of the fatherless

and a champion of widows.  * 68:5 Dt 24:17,19; Ps 146:9
