The Lord Is My Light and My Salvation

1 The Lord is my *Isa. 60:20;Mic. 7:8;[Ps. 84:11] light and my *Ps. 118:14;Ex. 15:2;Isa. 12:2;62:11salvation;

The Lord is the stronghold*27:1 Or refuge of my life;

of whom shall I be afraid?

5 For he will *Ps. 31:20;[Ps. 91:1;Job 5:21;Isa. 4:6] hide me in his shelter

in the day of trouble;

he will conceal me under the cover of his tent;

he will *Ps. 40:2lift me high upon a rock.
