Glorious Things of You Are Spoken

A Psalm of #Ps. 42, titlethe Sons of Korah. A Song.

1 On *See Ps. 48:1the holy mount *Isa. 28:16stands the city he founded;

2 the Lord*Ps. 78:67,68loves the gates of Zion

more than all the dwelling places of Jacob.

O *Ps. 46:4city of God. Selah

4 Among those who *Ps. 36:10;[John 10:14] know me I mention *See Job 9:13;See Isa. 19:22-25Rahab and Babylon;

behold, Philistia and Tyre, with *See Ps. 68:31Cush*87:4 Probably Nubia—

"This one was born there," they say.

5 And of Zion it shall be said,

"This one and that one were born in her";

for the Most High himself will *Ps. 48:8establish her.

6 The Lord records as he *See Ps. 69:28registers the peoples,

"This one was born there." Selah

7 *Ps. 68:25Singers and *2 Sam. 6:14dancers alike say,

"All my *Ps. 36:9;Isa. 12:3;Rev. 21:6springs are in you."
