3 There he Ps. 46:9;[Ezek. 39:9]broke the flashing arrows,
the shield, the sword, and the weapons of war. Selah
4 Glorious are you, more majestic
[Isa. 14:25;Ezek. 39:4] than the mountains full of Nah. 2:13prey.
5 Isa. 46:12The stouthearted were stripped of their spoil;
Ps. 13:3;2 Kgs. 19:35;Jer. 51:39;Nah. 3:18they sank into sleep;
all the men of war
were unable to use their hands.
6 At your rebuke, O God of Jacob,
both Ex. 15:1,21rider and horse lay stunned.
7 Ps. 47:2But you, you are to be feared!
Who can Ps. 130:3stand before you
when once your anger is roused?
8 From the heavens you uttered judgment;
