1 And Bezaleel made the ark of acacia-wood; two cubits and a half the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. 2 And he overlaid it with pure gold inside and outside, and made a border of gold upon it round about. 3 And he cast for it four rings of gold, for its four corners: two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it. 4 And he made staves of acacia-wood and overlaid them with gold. 5 And he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark. 6 — And he made a mercy-seat of pure gold; two cubits and a half the length thereof, and one cubit and a half the breadth thereof. 7 And he made two cherubim of gold; of beaten work did he make them, at the two ends of the mercy-seat; 8 one cherub at the end of one side, and one cherub at the end of the other side; out of the mercy-seat he made the two cherubim at the two ends thereof. 9 And the cherubim spread out their wings over it, covering over with their wings the mercy-seat; and their faces were opposite to one another: the faces of the cherubim were turned toward the mercy-seat.

10 And he made the table of acacia-wood; two cubits the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. 11 And he overlaid it with pure gold, and made upon it a border of gold round about. 12 And he made for it a margin of a hand-breadth round about; and made a border of gold for the margin thereof round about. 13 And he cast for it four rings of gold, and put the rings on the four corners that were on the four feet thereof. 14 Close to the margin were the rings, as receptacles of the staves to carry the table. 15 And he made the staves of acacia-wood, and overlaid them with gold, to carry the table. 16 And he made the utensils that were on the table, the dishes thereof, and the cups thereof, and the bowls thereof, and the goblets with which to pour out, of pure gold. 17 And he made the candlestick of pure gold; of beaten work he made the candlestick: its base, and its shaft, its cups, its knobs, and its flowers were of itself. 18 And six branches went out of the sides thereof — three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof; 19 there were three cups shaped like almonds in the one branch, a knob and a flower; and three cups shaped like almonds in the other branch, a knob and a flower: so in the six branches which went out of the candlestick. 20 And in the candlestick were four cups, shaped like almonds, its knobs, and its flowers; 21 and a knob under two branches thereof, and again a knob under two branches thereof, and again a knob under two branches thereof, for the six branches which went out of it. 22 Their knobs and their branches were of itself — all of one beaten work of pure gold. 23 And he made the seven lamps thereof, and the snuffers thereof, and the snuff-trays thereof, of pure gold. 24 Of a talent of pure gold he made it, and all its utensils.

25 And he made the altar of incense of acacia-wood; a cubit the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, square, and two cubits the height thereof: its horns were of itself. 26 And he overlaid it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof; and made upon it a border of gold round about. 27 And he made two rings of gold for it under its border, by its two corners, on the two sides thereof, as receptacles for the staves with which to carry it. 28 And he made the staves of acacia-wood, and overlaid them with gold. 29 And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure incense of fragrant drugs, according to the work of the perfumer.

1 Apoi Bețaleel*Cap. 25:10. a făcut chivotul din lemn de salcâm; lungimea lui era de doi coți și jumătate; lățimea, de un cot și jumătate și înălțimea, tot de un cot și jumătate. 2 L-a poleit cu aur curat pe dinăuntru și pe dinafară și i-a făcut un chenar de jur împrejur. 3 A turnat pentru el patru verigi de aur, pe care le-a pus la cele patru colțuri ale lui: două verigi de o parte și două verigi de cealaltă parte. 4 A făcut niște drugi de lemn de salcâm și i-a poleit cu aur. 5 A vârât drugii în verigile de la cele două laturi ale chivotului, ca să ducă chivotul. 6 A făcut și capacul ispășirii*Cap. 25:17. din aur curat; lungimea lui era de doi coți și jumătate și lățimea, de un cot și jumătate. 7 A făcut doi heruvimi din aur bătut la cele două capete ale capacului ispășirii; 8 un heruvim la un capăt și un heruvim la celălalt capăt; heruvimii i-a făcut pe capacul ispășirii la cele două capete ale lui. 9 Heruvimii erau cu aripile întinse deasupra, acoperind capacul ispășirii cu aripile lor și uitându-se unul la altul. Heruvimii stăteau cu fața întoarsă spre capacul ispășirii.

10 A făcut masa*Cap. 25:23. din lemn de salcâm: lungimea ei era de doi coți; lățimea, de un cot și înălțimea, de un cot și jumătate. 11 A poleit-o cu aur curat și i-a făcut un chenar de jur împrejur. 12 I-a făcut împrejur un pervaz de un lat de mână, pe care a făcut un chenar de jur împrejur. 13 A turnat pentru masă patru verigi de aur și a pus verigile în cele patru colțuri, care erau la cele patru picioare ale ei. 14 Verigile erau lângă pervaz, și în ele erau vârâți drugii pentru ducerea mesei. 15 A făcut drugii din lemn de salcâm și i-a poleit cu aur; ei slujeau la ducerea mesei. 16 A făcut apoi uneltele care trebuiau puse pe masă, farfuriile*Cap. 25:29., cățuile, potirele și ceștile ei, care slujeau la jertfele de băutură; le-a făcut din aur curat.

17 A făcut sfeșnicul*Cap. 25:31.Zah. 4:1.Apoc. 1:12-20;4:5. din aur curat; a făcut sfeșnicul din aur curat, bătut; piciorul, fusul, potirașele, gămălioarele și florile lui erau dintr-o bucată cu el. 18 Din amândouă părțile lui ieșeau șase brațe: trei brațe dintr-o latură și trei brațe din cealaltă latură. 19 Pe un braț erau trei potirașe în chip de floare de migdal, cu gămălioarele și florile lor, și pe un alt braț, alte trei potirașe în chip de floare de migdal, cu gămălioarele și florile lor; așa era la toate cele șase brațe care ieșeau din sfeșnic. 20 Pe fusul sfeșnicului erau patru potirașe în chip de floare de migdal, cu gămălioarele și florile lor. 21 Era o gămălioară sub două brațe care ieșeau din sfeșnic, o gămălioară sub alte două brațe și o gămălioară sub alte două brațe; așa era la toate cele șase brațe care ieșeau din sfeșnic. 22 Gămălioarele și brațele sfeșnicului erau dintr-o bucată cu el, bătut în întregime dintr-o bucată de aur curat. 23 A făcut apoi cele șapte candele ale lui, mucările și cenușarele lui, toate din aur curat. 24 A întrebuințat un talant de aur curat pentru facerea sfeșnicului cu toate uneltele lui.

25 Apoi a făcut*Cap. 30:1.Apoc. 8:3,4. altarul pentru tămâie din lemn de salcâm: lungimea lui era de un cot și lățimea, de un cot; era în patru muchii, și înălțimea lui era de doi coți. Coarnele erau dintr-o bucată cu el. 26 L-a poleit cu aur curat, atât partea de sus, cât și laturile de jur împrejur și coarnele. Și i-a făcut o cunună de jur împrejur. 27 Sub cunună a făcut două verigi de aur, pe care le-a pus în cele două unghiuri din cele două laturi, ca să se vâre în ele drugii care slujeau la ducerea lui. 28 A făcut niște drugi din lemn de salcâm și i-a poleit cu aur. 29 A făcut untdelemnul*Cap. 30:23,34. pentru ungerea sfântă și tămâia mirositoare, curată, alcătuită după meșteșugul făcătorului de mir.
