13 Why does the wicked *ver. 3renounce God

and say in his heart, "You will not *Ps. 9:12call to account"?

14 But you do see, for you *Ps. 33:13note mischief and vexation,

that you may take it into your hands;

to you the helpless *2 Tim. 1:12;1 Pet. 4:19commits himself;

you have been *Ps. 68:5;146:9;Hos. 14:3the helper of the fatherless.
