1 O Senhor reina, tremem os povos; seu trono está sobre os querubins: vacila a terra.2 Grande é o Senhor em Sião, elevado acima de todos os povos.3 Seja celebrado vosso grande e temível nome, porque ele é Santo.4 Reina o Rei poderoso que ama a justiça; sois vós que estabeleceis o que é reto, sois vos que exerceis em Jacó o direito e a justiça.5 Exaltai ao Senhor, nosso Deus, e prostrai-vos ante o escabelo de seus pés, porque ele é Santo.6 Entre seus sacerdotes estavam Moisés e Aarão, e Samuel um dos que invocaram o seu nome: clamavam ao Senhor, que os atendia.7 Falava-lhes na coluna de nuvem, eles guardavam os seus preceitos e a lei que lhes havia dado.8 Senhor, nosso Deus, vós os ouvistes, fostes para eles um Deus propício, ainda quando puníeis as suas injustiças.9 Exaltai ao Senhor, nosso Deus, e prostrai-vos ante sua montanha santa, porque santo é o Senhor, nosso Deus.

1 Jehovah hath reigned, peoples tremble, The Inhabitant of the cherubs, the earth shaketh.2 Jehovah in Zion [is] great, And high He [is] over all the peoples.3 They praise Thy name, `Great, and fearful, holy [it] is.`4 And the strength of the king Hath loved judgment, Thou -- Thou hast established uprightness; Judgment and righteousness in Jacob, Thou -- Thou hast done.5 Exalt ye Jehovah our God, And bow yourselves at His footstool, holy [is] He.6 Moses and Aaron among His priests, And Samuel among those proclaiming His name. They are calling unto Jehovah, And He doth answer them.7 In a pillar of cloud He speaketh unto them, They have kept His testimonies, And the statute He hath given to them.8 O Jehovah, our God, Thou hast afflicted them, A God forgiving Thou hast been to them, And taking vengeance on their actions.9 Exalt ye Jehovah our God, And bow yourselves at His holy hill, For holy [is] Jehovah our God!
