1 Eu te louvarei, de todo o meu coração; na presença dos deuses a ti cantarei louvores.2 Inclinar-me-ei para o teu santo templo, e louvarei o teu nome pela tua benignidade, e pela tua verdade; pois engrandeceste a tua palavra acima de todo o teu nome.3 No dia em que eu clamei, me escutaste; e alentaste com força a minha alma.4 Todos os reis da terra te louvarão, ó Senhor, quando ouvirem as palavras da tua boca;5 E cantarão os caminhos do Senhor; pois grande é a glória do Senhor.6 Ainda que o Senhor é excelso, atenta todavia para o humilde; mas ao soberbo conhece-o de longe.7 Andando eu no meio da angústia, tu me reviverás; estenderás a tua mão contra a ira dos meus inimigos, e a tua destra me salvará.8 O Senhor aperfeiçoará o que me toca; a tua benignidade, ó Senhor, dura para sempre; não desampares as obras das tuas mãos.

1 By David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: before thee, O God, will I sing praise unto thee.2 I will bow myself down before thy holy temple, and I will thank thy name for thy kindness and for thy truth; for thou hast magnified above all thy name thy promise.3 On the day when I called didst thou answer me, and raise me up with strength in my soul.4 All the kings of the earth will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, when they hear the promises of thy mouth.5 And they will sing on the ways of the Lord; for great is the glory of the Lord.6 For exalted is the Lord, yet doth he regard the lowly; but the proud he punisheth from afar.7 If I should walk in the midst of distress, thou wilt revive me: against the wrath of my enemies wilt thou stretch forth thy hand, and thy right hand will save me.8 The Lord will accomplish all in my behalf; O Lord, thy kindness endureth for ever: the works of thy own hands do not abandon.
