1 Make haste, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim to deliver me; Jehovah, hasten to my help. 2 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion that seek after my soul; let them be turned backward and confounded that take pleasure in mine adversity; 3 Let them turn back because of their shame that say, Aha! Aha! 4 Let all those that seek thee be glad and rejoice in thee, and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God*GodHebrew: Elohim be magnified! 5 But I am afflicted and needy: make haste unto me, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim Thou art my help and my deliverer: O Jehovah, make no delay.

1 Volu, ho Dio, savi min;

Ho Eternulo, rapidu helpi min.

2 Hontiĝu kaj konfuziĝu tiuj, kiuj serĉas mian animon;

Retiriĝu kaj estu mokataj tiuj, kiuj deziras al mi malbonon.

3 Kun honto iru returne tiuj,

Kiuj diras al mi: Ha, ha!

4 Gaju kaj ĝoju pro Vi ĉiuj Viaj serĉantoj;

Kaj la amantoj de Via savo diru ĉiam:

Granda estas Dio.

5 Kaj mi estas mizera kaj malriĉa;

Ho Dio, rapidu al mi.

Vi estas mia helpo kaj mia savanto;

Ho Eternulo, ne malrapidu.
