23 Sonda-me, ó Deus, e conhece o meu coração; Prova-me, e conhece os meus pensamentos;

24 Vê se em mim há algum caminho de perversidade, E guia-me pelo caminho eterno.

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart, Try me, and know my thoughts,

24 And see if a grievous way be in me, And lead me in a way age-during!
