1 Psaume des enfants de Coré, [donné] au maître chantre. Peuples battez tous des mains, jetez des cris de réjouissance à Dieu avec une voix de triomphe.

2 Car l'Eternel qui est le Souverain est terrible et il est grand Roi sur toute la terre.

3 Il range les peuples sous nous, et les nations, sous nos pieds.

4 Il nous a choisi, notre héritage, qui est la magnificence de Jacob, lequel il aime; Sélah.

5 Dieu est monté avec un cri de réjouissance; l'Eternel [est monté] avec un son de trompette.

6 Psalmodiez à Dieu, psalmodiez, psalmodiez à notre Roi, psalmodiez.

7 Car Dieu est le Roi de toute la terre; tout homme entendu, psalmodiez.

8 Dieu règne sur les nations; Dieu est assis sur le trône de sa sainteté.

9 Les principaux des peuples se sont assembles [vers] le peuple du Dieu d'Abraham; car les boucliers de la terre sont à Dieu; il est fort exalté.

2 \47:1\O make a glad noise with your hands, all you peoples; letting your voices go up to God with joy.

3 \47:2\For the Lord Most High is to be feared; he is a great King over all the earth.

4 \47:3\He will put down the peoples under us, and the nations under our feet.

5 \47:4\He will give us our heritage, the glory of Jacob who is dear to him. (Selah.)

6 \47:5\God has gone up with a glad cry, the Lord with the sound of the horn.

7 \47:6\Give praises to God, make songs of praise; give praises to our King, make songs of praise.

8 \47:7\For God is the King of all the earth; make songs of praise with knowledge.

9 \47:8\God is the ruler over the nations; God is on the high seat of his holy rule.

10 \47:9\The rulers of the peoples have come together, with the people of the God of Abraham; because the powers of the earth are God's: he is lifted up on high.
