1 Praise ye Yah, Praise ye the Name of Yahweh, Praise, O ye servants of Yahweh;2 Who stand In the house of Yahweh, In the courts of the house of our God.3 Praise ye Yah, For good is Yahweh, Sing praises to his Name, For it is full of delight;4 For, Jacob, hath Yah chosen for himself, Israel, for his own treasure.5 For, I, know that great is Yahweh, yea, our Lord, is beyond all gods.6 Whatsoever Yahweh hath pleased, he hath done,in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas, and all resounding deeps:7 Causing vapours to ascend from the end of the earth,Lightnings for the rain, hath he made, bringing forth wind out of his treasuries.8 Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man, and of beast;9 Sent signs and wonders into thy midst, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.10 Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings:11 Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan;12 And gave their land as an inheritance, an inheritance to Israel his people.13 O Yahweh! thy Name, is age-abiding,O Yahweh! thy memorial, is to generation after generation.14 For Yahweh will vindicate his people,and, on his servants, have compassion.15 The idols of the nations, are silver and gold, the work of the hands of men:16 A mouth, have they, but they speak not, Eyes, have they, but they see not;17 Ears, have they, but they hear not, Nose,there is no breath in their mouth.18 Like unto them, shall be they who make them, every one who trusteth in them.19 O house of Israel! bless Yahweh, O house of Aaron! bless Yahweh;20 O house of Levi! bless Yahweh, Ye that revere Yahweh! bless Yahweh.21 Blessed be Yahweh out of Zion, Who inhabiteth Jerusalem, Praise ye Yah!

1 Louvai ao Senhor! Louvai o nome do Senhor; louvai-o, servos do Senhor. 2 Vós que assistis na Casa do Senhor, nos átrios da Casa do nosso Deus. 3 Louvai ao Senhor, porque o Senhor é bom; cantai louvores ao seu nome, porque é agradável. 4 Porque o Senhor escolheu para si a Jacó e a Israel, para seu tesouro peculiar.

5 Porque eu conheço que o Senhor é grande e que o nosso Deus está acima de todos os deuses. 6 Tudo o que o Senhor quis, ele o fez, nos céus e na terra, nos mares e em todos os abismos. 7 Faz subir os vapores das extremidades da terra; faz os relâmpagos para a chuva; tira os ventos dos seus tesouros.

8 Foi ele que feriu os primogênitos do Egito, desde os homens até aos animais; 9 que operou sinais e prodígios no meio de ti, ó Egito, contra Faraó e contra os seus servos; 10 que feriu muitas nações e deu morte a poderosos reis: 11 a Seom, rei dos amorreus, e a Ogue, rei de Basã, e a todos os reinos de Canaã, 12 e deu a sua terra em herança, em herança a Israel, seu povo.

13 O teu nome, ó Senhor, permanece perpetuamente; e a tua memória, ó Senhor, de geração em geração. 14 Pois o Senhor julgará o seu povo e se arrependerá em atenção aos seus servos.

15 Os ídolos das nações são prata e ouro, obra das mãos dos homens. 16 Têm boca, mas não falam; têm olhos, e não veem; 17 têm ouvidos, mas não ouvem, nem há respiro algum na sua boca. 18 Semelhantes a eles se tornem os que os fazem, e todos os que confiam neles.

19 Casa de Israel, bendizei ao Senhor! Casa de Arão, bendizei ao Senhor! 20 Casa de Levi, bendizei ao Senhor! Vós, os que temeis ao Senhor, louvai ao Senhor! 21 Bendito seja, desde Sião, o Senhor, que habita em Jerusalém. Louvai ao Senhor!
