1 Thou hast accepted, O Yahweh, thy land, Thou hast brought back the captives of Jacob;2 Thou hast taken away, the iniquity of thy people, Thou hast covered, all their sin. Selah.3 Thou hast withdrawn all thine indignation, Thou hast ceased from the glow of thing anger.4 Restore us, O God of our salvation, And take away thy vexation towards us.5 To times age-abiding, wilt thou be angry with us? Wilt thou prolong thine anger, from generation to generation?6 Wilt not, thou thyself, again give us life, That, thy people, may rejoice in thee.7 Show us, O Yahweh, thy lovingkindness, And, thy salvation, wilt thou grant us.8 I will hear, what GODYahwehwill speak,For he will bespeak prosperity to his people, And to his men of lovingkindness, And to them who return with their heart unto him.9 Surely, near unto them who revere him, is his salvation, That the Glory, may settle down, in our land.10 Lovingkindness and faithfulness, have met together, Righteousness and prosperity, have kissed each other;11 Faithfulness, out of the earth, doth spring forth, And, righteousness, out of the heavens, hath looked down.12 Yahweh himself too, will give us the blessing, And, our land, shall yield her increase.13 Righteousness, before him, shall march long,That he may make, into a way, the steps of its feet.

1 Abençoaste, Senhor, a tua terra; fizeste regressar os cativos de Jacó. 2 Perdoaste a iniquidade do teu povo; cobriste todos os seus pecados. (Selá) 3 Fizeste cessar toda a tua indignação; desviaste-te do ardor da tua ira.

4 Torna-nos a trazer, ó Deus da nossa salvação, e retira de sobre nós a tua ira. 5 Estarás para sempre irado contra nós? Estenderás a tua ira a todas as gerações? 6 Não tornarás a vivificar-nos, para que o teu povo se alegre em ti? 7 Mostra-nos, Senhor, a tua misericórdia e concede-nos a tua salvação. 8 Escutarei o que Deus, o Senhor, disser; porque falará de paz ao seu povo e aos seus santos, contanto que não voltem à loucura. 9 Certamente que a salvação está perto daqueles que o temem, para que a glória habite em nossa terra. 10 A misericórdia e a verdade se encontraram; a justiça e a paz se beijaram. 11 A verdade brotará da terra, e a justiça olhará desde os céus. 12 Também o Senhor dará o bem, e a nossa terra dará o seu fruto. 13 A justiça irá adiante dele, e ele nos fará andar no caminho aberto pelos seus passos.
