Salmos 126

A Song of degrees.

1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.*126.1 turned…: Heb. returned the returning

2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.*126.2 hath…: Heb. hath magnified to do with them

3 The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

4 Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.

5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.*126.5 joy: or, singing

6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.*126.6 precious…: or, seed basket

Cántico gradual.

1 CUANDO Jehová hiciere tornar la cautividad de Sión,

✝ 126.1 Hch. 12.9. Seremos como los que sueñan.

2 ✝ 126.2 Job 8.21. Entonces nuestra boca se henchirá de risa,

Y nuestra lengua de alabanza;

Entonces dirán entre las gentes:

✝ 126.2 Lc. 1.49. Jl. 2.20,21. Grandes cosas ha hecho Jehová con éstos.

3 Grandes cosas ha hecho Jehová con nosotros;

Estaremos alegres.

4 Haz volver nuestra cautividad oh Jehová,

Como los arroyos en el austro.

5 ✝ 126.5 Jer. 31.9. Los que sembraron con lágrimas, con regocijo segarán.

6 Irá andando y llorando el que lleva la preciosa simiente;

Mas volverá á venir con regocijo, trayendo sus gavillas.
