Salmos 141

A Psalm of David.

1 LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.

2 Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.*141.2 set…: Heb. directed

3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.*141.5 me; it shall be a…: or, me kindly, and reprove me; let not their precious oil break, etc

6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.

7 Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth.

8 But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.*141.8 leave…: Heb. make not my soul bare

9 Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.

10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.*141.10 escape: Heb. pass over

Salmo de David.

1 JEHOVÁ, á ti he clamado; ✝141.1 Sal. 70.5.apresúrate á mí;

Escucha mi voz, cuando te invocare.

3 ✝ 141.3 Sal. 39.1. Pon, oh Jehová, guarda á mi boca:

Guarda la puerta de mis labios.

4 No dejes se incline mi corazón á cosa mala,

A hacer obras impías

Con los que obran iniquidad,

Y ✝141.4 Pr. 23.6.no coma yo de sus deleites.

1 Plegarias en las tentaciones

2 y en grandes peligros.

Y que me reprenda será un excelente bálsamo.

Que no me herirá la cabeza:

Así que aun mi oración tendrán en sus calamidades.

6 Serán derribados en lugares peñascosos sus jueces,

Y oirán mis palabras, que son suaves.

7 Como quien hiende y rompe la tierra,

Y de los armadijos de los que obran iniquidad.

10 ✝ 141.10 Sal. 7.15 y 35.8. Caigan los impíos á una en sus redes,

Mientras yo pasaré adelante.
