1 Thus saith Jehovah: Keep ye judgment and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed. 2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that holdeth fast to it; that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

3 And let not the son of the alien, that hath joined himself to Jehovah, speak saying, Jehovah hath entirely separated me from his people; neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree; 4 for thus saith Jehovah: Unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast to my covenant, 5 even unto them will I give in my house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off. 6 Also the sons of the alien, that join themselves to Jehovah, to minister unto him and to love the name of Jehovah, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and holdeth fast to my covenant; 7 even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt-offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar: for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all the peoples. 8 The Lord Jehovah, who gathereth the outcasts of Israel, saith: Yet will I gather others to him, with those of his that are gathered.

9 All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, all ye beasts in the forest. 10 His watchmen are all of them blind, they are without knowledge; they are all dumb dogs that cannot bark, dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber: 11 and the dogs are greedy, they know not to be satisfied, and these are shepherds that know not how to discern: they all turn to their own way, every one for his gain, even to the last of them: 12 Come, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to-morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.

1 Așa vorbește Domnul: „Păziți ce este drept și faceți ce este bine, căci*Cap. 46:13.Mat. 3:2;4:17.Rom. 13:11,12. mântuirea Mea este aproape să vină și neprihănirea Mea este aproape să se arate. 2 Ferice de omul care face lucrul acesta și de fiul omului care rămâne statornic în el, păzind*Cap. 58:13. Sabatul, ca să nu-l pângărească, și stăpânindu-și mâna, ca să nu facă niciun rău!" 3 Străinul*Deut. 23:1,2,3.Fapte 8:27;10:1,2,34;17:4;18:7.1 Pet. 1:1. care se alipește de Domnul să nu zică: „Domnul mă va despărți de poporul Său!" și famenul să nu zică: „Iată, eu sunt un copac uscat!" 4 Căci așa vorbește Domnul: „Famenilor care vor păzi Sabatele Mele, care vor alege ce-Mi este plăcut și vor stărui în legământul Meu, 5 le voi da*1 Tim. 3:15. în Casa Mea și înăuntrul zidurilor Mele un loc*Ioan 1:12.1 Ioan 3:1. și un nume mai bun decât fii și fiice; le voi da un nume veșnic, care nu se va stinge. 6 Și pe străinii care se vor lipi de Domnul ca să-I slujească și să iubească Numele Domnului, pentru ca să fie slujitorii Lui, și pe toți cei ce vor păzi Sabatul, ca să nu-l pângărească, și vor stărui în legământul Meu 7 îi voi aduce*Cap. 2:2.1 Pet. 1:1,2. la muntele Meu cel sfânt și-i voi umple de veselie în Casa Mea de rugăciune. Arderile-de-tot*Rom. 12:1.Evr. 13:15.1 Pet. 2:5. și jertfele lor vor fi primite pe altarul Meu, căci*Mat. 21:13.Marcu 11:17.Luca 19:46. Casa Mea se va numi o casă de rugăciune pentru*Mal. 1:11. toate popoarele." 8 Așa vorbește Domnul Dumnezeu, care*Ps. 147:2. Cap. 11:12. strânge pe cei risipiți ai lui Israel: „Voi*Ioan 10:16.Efes. 1:10;2:14-16. mai strânge și alte popoare la cei strânși acum din el."

9 Veniți, toate fiarele de pe câmp, veniți de mâncați, toate*Ier. 12:9. fiarele din pădure! 10 Toți păzitorii lui sunt orbi*Mat. 15:14;23:16., fără pricepere; toți*Filip. 3:2. sunt niște câini muți, care nu pot să latre; aiurează, stau tolăniți și le place să doarmă. 11 Totuși sunt niște câini*Mica 3:11. lacomi, care nu se mai satură*Ezec. 34:2,3.. Sunt niște păstori care nu pot pricepe nimic; toți își văd de calea lor, fiecare umblă după folosul lui, fără abatere. 12 „Veniți", zic ei, „am să caut vin și ne vom îmbăta cu băuturi tari! Mâine*Ps. 10:6.Prov. 23:35. Cap. 22:13.Luca 12:19.1 Cor. 15:32. vom face tot ca azi, ba încă și mai rău!"
