1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို​စိတ်​နှ​လုံး​အ​ကြွင်း​မဲ့ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ချီး​မွမ်း​ပါ​မည်။ အ​ခြား​တစ်​ပါး​သော ဘု​ရား​တို့​ရှေ့​မှာ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ထော​မ​နာ​သီ​ချင်း​ဆို​ပါ​မည်။ 2 သန့်​ရှင်း​သော ဗိ​မာန်​တော်​သို့ မျက်​နှာ​ပြု​လျက် ပျပ်​ဝပ်​ကိုး​ကွယ်၍ က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​နှင့် သ​စ္စာ​တော်​ကြောင့် နာ​မ​တော်​ကို​ချီး​မွမ်း​ပါ​မည်။ အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ က​တိ​တော်​ကို သ​တင်း​တော်​ရှိ​သ​မျှ​ထက် ချီး​မြှောက်​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ 3 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အော်​ဟစ်​သော​နေ့​တွင် နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ၍၊ စိတ်​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​ထဲ​သို့ ခွန်​အား​ကို​သွင်း​သ​ဖြင့်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ခိုင်​မာ​စေ​တော်​မူ၏။ 4 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ လော​ကီ​ရှင်​ဘု​ရင်​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် နှုတ်​တော်​ထွက်​စ​ကား​တို့​ကို ကြား​ရ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ ဂုဏ်​တော်​ကို ချီး​မွမ်း​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 5 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၏​လမ်း​ခ​ရီး​တော်​တို့၌ လိုက်၍ သီ​ချင်း​ဆို​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။ အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် ဘုန်း​ကြီး​တော်​မူ၏။ 6 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် မြင့်​မြတ်​တော်​မူ​သော်​လည်း၊ စိတ်​နှိမ့်​ချ​သော သူ​တို့​ကို ကြည့်​ရှု​တော်​မူ၏။ စိတ်​မြင့်​သော သူ​တို့​ကို​ကား၊ အ​ဝေး​က​သိ​တော်​မူ၏။ 7 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ဆင်း​ရဲ​ဒု​က္ခ​များ၌ ကျင်​လည်​သော်​လည်း၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို အ​သက်​ရှင်​စေ​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ လက်​တော်​ကို​ဆန့်​လျက်၊ ရန်​သူ​တို့၏ အ​မျက်​ဒေါ​သ​ကို​ဆီး​တား၍၊ လက်​ယာ​လက်​တော်​အား​ဖြင့် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 8 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် ငါ၏​အ​မှု​ကို ပြီး​စီး​စေ​တော်​မူ​မည်။ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​သည် အ​စဉ်​အ​မြဲ တည်​ပါ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်​တော်၏​လက်​နှင့်​ပြု​စု​သော အ​မှု​တို့​ကို စွန့်​ပစ်​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။

A Psalm of David.

1 I will give thee thanks with my whole heart; before the gods will I sing psalms of thee. 2 I will bow down toward the temple of thy holiness, and celebrate thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth; for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. 3 In the day when I called thou answeredst me; thou didst encourage me with strength in my soul. 4 All the kings of the earth shall celebrate thee, Jehovah, when they have heard the words of thy mouth; 5 And they shall sing in the ways of Jehovah, for great is the glory of Jehovah.

6 For Jehovah is high; but he looketh upon the lowly, and the proud he knoweth afar off. 7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou wilt stretch forth thy hand against the anger of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. 8 Jehovah will perfect what concerneth me: thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, endureth for ever; forsake not the works of thine own hands.
