1 အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသနားတော်မူပါ။ လူတို့သည် ကိုက်စားအံ့သောဒေါသနှင့် နေ့တိုင်းတိုက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှိပ်စက်ကြပါ၏။ 2 ရန်သူတို့သည် နေ့တိုင်း ကိုက်စားအံ့သောဒေါသရှိ၍ မြင့်သောစိတ်နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုတိုက်သောသူ အများရှိကြပါ၏။ 3 အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကြောက်ရွံ့သောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်၌ ခိုလှုံပါမည်။ 4 ဘုရားသခင်ကိုအမှီပြု၍ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်၌ ဝါကြွားပါမည်။ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ခိုလှုံသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကြောက်စရာမရှိ။ လူသည် ငါ၌ အဘယ်သို့ပြုနိုင်သနည်း။ 5 သူတို့သည် နေ့တိုင်း ငါ့စကားကို အလွဲယူကြ၏။ ငါ၌မကောင်းသောအကြံကိုသာ ကြံစည်ကြ၏။ 6 ငါ့အသက်ကို စောင့်စဉ်အခါ စုဝေး၍ ချောင်းမြောင်းလျက်၊ ငါ့ခြေရာတို့ကို ကြည့်မှတ်ကြ၏။ 7 သူတို့သည် မတရားသောအမှုအားဖြင့် လွှတ်ခြင်းသို့ရောက်ရပါမည်လော။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ထိုလူများတို့ကို အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ လှဲတော်မူပါ။
8 အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အရပ်ရပ်လည်ရသော အခြင်းအရာတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်မှတ်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်ရည်တို့ကို ဘူးတော်ထဲမှာ ထည့်တော်မူပါ။ စာရင်းတော်၌ရှိပါသည် မဟုတ်လော။ 9 ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ့ဘက်မှာနေတော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ ငါအော်ဟစ်သောအခါ ရန်သူတို့သည် လှန်ခြင်းကိုခံရကြမည်ကို ငါသိ၏။ 10 ဘုရားသခင်ကိုအမှီပြု၍ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်၌ ဝါကြွားမည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို အမှီပြု၍ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်၌ ဝါကြွားမည်။ 11 ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ခိုလှုံသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကြောက်စရာမရှိ။ လူသည် ငါ၌အဘယ်သို့ ပြုနိုင်သနည်း။ 12 အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရှေ့တော်၌သစ္စာပြုပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေလျက် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ 13 ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို သေခြင်းမှ ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူပြီ။ အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့၏အလင်းထဲမှာ ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ကျင့်နေပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေကိုလည်း ထိမိ၍လဲခြင်းမှ ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူမည် မဟုတ်လော။

1 Be gracious unto me, O GodGodHebrew: Elohim for man would swallow me up: all the day long fighting he oppresseth me. 2 Mine enemies would swallow me up all the day long; for they are many that fight against me haughtily. 3 In the day that I am afraid, I will confide in thee. 4 In GodGodHebrew: Elohim will I praise his word, in GodGodHebrew: Elohim I put my confidence: I will not fear; what can flesh do unto me? 5 All the day long they wrest my words; all their thoughts are against me for evil. 6 They gather themselves together, they hide themselves; they mark my steps, because they wait for my soul. 7 Shall they escape by iniquity? In anger cast down the peoples, O GodGodHebrew: Elohim
8 Thou countest my wanderings; put my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? 9 Then shall mine enemies return backward in the day when I call: this I know, for GodGodHebrew: Elohim is for me. 10 In GodGodHebrew: Elohim will I praise his word; in Jehovah will I praise his word. 11 In GodGodHebrew: Elohim have I put my confidence: I will not fear; what can man do unto me? 12 Thy vows are upon me, O GodGodHebrew: Elohim I will render thanks unto thee. 13 For thou hast delivered my soul from death; wilt thou not keep my feet from falling, that I may walk before GodGodHebrew: Elohim in the light of the living?
