1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ တဲ​တော်၌ အ​ဘယ်​သူ​သည် တည်း​ရ​ပါ​မည်​နည်း။ သန့်​ရှင်း​သော​တောင်​တော်​ပေါ်​မှာ အ​ဘယ်​သူ​သည် နေ​ရ​ပါ​မည်​နည်း​ဟူ​မူ​ကား၊ 2 ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​အ​ကျင့်၊ တ​ရား​သော​အ​မှု​ကို​ပြု​ကျင့်၍၊ သ​စ္စာ​စ​ကား​ကို စိတ်​နှ​လုံး​ပါ​လျက်​ပြော​ထ​သော၊ 3 သူ​တစ်​ပါး၏​အ​သ​ရေ​ကို ပျက်​စေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ​ပြော​ဆို​ခြင်း၊ ကိုယ်​နှင့်​စပ်​ဆိုင်​သော​သူ၏ အ​ကျိုး​ကို​ပြစ်​မှား​ခြင်း၊ ကိုယ်​နှင့်​စပ်​ဆိုင်​သော​သူ​ကို​လည်း ကဲ့​ရဲ့​ခြင်း​ကို​ရှောင်​ထ​သော၊ 4 ဆိုး​ယုတ်​သော​သူ​ကို အ​ယုတ်​ဟူ၍ ထင်​မှတ်​လျက်၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အား​ကြောက်​ရွံ့​သော​သူ​ကို ရို​သေ​ထ​သော၊ ကိုယ်​အ​ကျိုး​ပျက်​ရ​သော်​လည်း ကိုယ်​ကျိန်​ဆို​သော သ​စ္စာ​က​တိ​ကို​မ​ဖျက်၊ 5 ကိုယ်​ငွေ​ကို​ချေး၍ အ​တိုး​မ​ယူ၊ အ​ပြစ်​မ​ရှိ​သော​သူ၏​တစ်​ဖက်​မှ တံ​စိုး​ကို​မ​ခံ​ဘဲ​ကျင့်​သော​သူ​သည် လှုပ်​ရှား​ခြင်း​နှင့် အ​စဉ်​အ​မြဲ ကင်း​လွတ်​လိမ့်​သ​တည်း။

A Psalm of David.

1 Jehovah, who shall sojourn in thy tent? who shall dwell in the hill of thy holiness? 2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth from his heart. 3 He that slandereth not with his tongue, doeth not evil to his companion, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour; 4 In whose eyes the depraved person is contemned, and who honoureth them that fear Jehovah; who, if he have sworn to his own hurt, changeth it not; 5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
