1 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​မျက်​ထွက်​သ​ဖြင့်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​ကို စွန့်​ပစ်၍ အ​ရပ်​ရပ်​သို့ ကွဲ​ပြား​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ တစ်​ဖန် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​ကို အ​သက်​ရှင်​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 2 မြေ​ကြီး​ကို လှုပ်၍ ခွဲ​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ ကွဲ​အက်​ရာ​တို့​ကို တစ်​ဖန် စေ့​စပ်​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ တုန်​လှုပ်​လျက် ရှိ​ပါ​သေး၏။ 3 ကိုယ်​တော်၏​လူ​တို့​ကို ခက်​ထန်​စွာ​စီ​ရင်၍၊ မှိုင်​တွေ​ခြင်း စ​ပျစ်​ရည်​ကို​တိုက်​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ 4 ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ကြောက်​ရွံ့​သော သူ​တို့​သည် သ​စ္စာ​တ​ရား​ကြောင့် ထူ​ရ​သော​အ​လံ​ကို ပေး​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ 5 ချစ်​တော်​မူ​သော သူ​တို့​သည် ချမ်း​သာ​ရ​မည်​အ​ကြောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​စ​ကား​ကို​နား​ထောင်၍၊ လက်​ယာ​လက်​ရုံး​တော်​အား​ဖြင့် ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

6 သန့်​ရှင်း​ခြင်း​ပါ​ရ​မီ​တော်​ကို တိုင်​တည်၍ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​သည် ဗျာ​ဒိတ်​ထား​တော်​မူ​သော​ကြောင့်၊ ငါ​သည် ဝမ်း​မြောက်​မည်။ ရှေ​ခင်​မြို့​ကို ပိုင်း​ခြား​မည်။ သု​ကုတ်​လယ်​ပြင်​ကို တိုင်း​ထွာ​မည်။ 7 ဂိ​လဒ်​ပြည်​ကို ငါ​ပိုင်​ရ၏။ မ​နာ​ရှေ​ပြည်​ကို​လည်း ငါ​ပိုင်​ရ၏။ ဧ​ဖ​ရိမ်​ပြည်​ကား၊ ငါ့​ဦး​ခေါင်း၏​အ​စွမ်း​ဖြစ်​ရ၏။ ယု​ဒ​ပြည်​ကား၊ ငါ၏​လွှတ်​တော်​ဖြစ်​ရ၏။ 8 မော​ဘ​ပြည်​ကား၊ ငါ့​ရေ​ချိုး​အိုး​ဖြစ်​ရ၏။ ဧ​ဒုံ​ပြည်​ကား၊ ငါ့​ခြေ​နင်း​ရာ ဖြစ်​ရ၏။ ဖိ​လိ​တ္တိ​ပြည်​အ​ပေါ်​မှာ အောင်​သံ​နှင့် ကြွေး​ကြော်​မည်။ 9 အား​ကြီး​သော မြို့​ထဲ​သို့ ငါ့​ကို အ​ဘယ်​သူ သွင်း​ပေး​မည်​နည်း။ ဧ​ဒုံ​ပြည်​သို့ ငါ့​ကို အ​ဘယ်​သူ​လမ်း​ပြ​မည်​နည်း။ 10 အို ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​ကို စွန့်​ပစ်​တော်​မူ​သော ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် ပြု​တော်​မူ​မည် မ​ဟုတ်​လော။ အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​ဗိုလ်​ခြေ​နှင့်​အ​တူ ကြွ​တော်​မ​မူ​သော ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် ပြု​တော်​မူ​မည် မ​ဟုတ်​လော။ 11 ဒု​က္ခ​နှင့် ကင်း​လွတ်​စေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ မ​စ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ လူ​တို့​သည် ကယ်​တင်​ခြင်း​ငှာ မ​တတ်​နိုင်​ကြ​ပါ။ 12 ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​အား​ဖြင့် ငါ​တို့​သည် ရဲ​ရင့်​စွာ ပြု​ကြ​မည်။ ငါ​တို့၏ ရန်​သူ​များ​ကို ကိုယ်​တော်​တိုင်​နင်း​တော်​မူ​မည်။

1 O God*GodHebrew: Elohim thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased: restore us again. 2 Thou hast made the earth to tremble, thou hast rent it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh. 3 Thou hast shewn thy people hard things; thou hast made us to drink the wine of bewilderment. 4 Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth, (Selah,) 5 That thy beloved ones may be delivered. Save with thy right hand, and answer me.

6 God hath spoken in his holiness: I will exult, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth. 7 Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine, and Ephraim is the strength of my head; Judah is my law-giver; 8 Moab is my wash-pot; upon Edom will I cast my sandal; Philistia, shout aloud because of me. 9 Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me unto Edom? 10 Wilt not thou, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim who didst cast us off? and didst not go forth, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim with our armies? 11 Give us help from trouble; for vain is man’s deliverance. 12 Through God*GodHebrew: Elohim we shall do valiantly; and he it is that will tread down our adversaries.
