1 အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နုတ်ယူတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုမစခြင်းငှာ အလျင်အမြန် ပြုတော်မူပါ။ 2 အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို သတ်ခြင်းငှာ ရှာကြံသောသူတို့သည် အရှက်ကွဲ၍ မျက်နှာပျက်ကြပါစေသော။ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အန္တရာယ်ပြုချင်သောသူတို့သည် လှန်ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပါစေသော။ 3 အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အေ့ဟေ၊ အေ့ဟေဟု ဆိုသောသူတို့သည် အရှက်ကွဲခြင်းအားဖြင့် နောက်သို့လှန်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြပါစေသော။ 4 ကိုယ်တော်ကို ရှာသောသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းကြပါစေသော။ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို နှစ်သက်သောသူတို့သည်၊ ဘုရားသခင်ဘုန်းကြီးတော်မူစေသတည်းဟု အစဉ်မပြတ် ပြောကြပါစေသော။ 5 အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲငတ်မွတ်ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ရှိရာသို့ အလျင်အမြန် ကြွတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစသောသူ၊ ကယ်တင်သောသူ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဆိုင်းလင့်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။

1 Make haste, O GodGodHebrew: Elohim to deliver me; Jehovah, hasten to my help. 2 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion that seek after my soul; let them be turned backward and confounded that take pleasure in mine adversity; 3 Let them turn back because of their shame that say, Aha! Aha! 4 Let all those that seek thee be glad and rejoice in thee, and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let GodGodHebrew: Elohim be magnified! 5 But I am afflicted and needy: make haste unto me, O GodGodHebrew: Elohim Thou art my help and my deliverer: O Jehovah, make no delay.
