1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​မျက်​တော်​ထွက်၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​အ​ပြစ်​တင်​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ ပြင်း​စွာ​အ​မျက်​ထွက်၍ ဆုံး​မ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။*ဆာ၊ ၃၈:၁။2 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ခွန်​အား​နည်း​လှ​ပါ၏။ ကယ်​မ​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​ရိုး​တို့​သည် တုန်​လှုပ်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ ကျန်း​မာ​ပ​က​တိ​ရှိ​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 3 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​စိတ်​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​သည် အ​လွန်​တုန်​လှုပ်​ပါ၏။ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ဘယ်​မျှ​ကာ​လ​ပတ်​လုံး နေ​တော်​မူ​မည်​နည်း။ 4 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ တစ်​ဖန်​ကြွ​လာ၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​စိတ်​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​ကို ကယ်​ယူ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​နှင့်​အ​ညီ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 5 အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ သေ​လျက်​နေ​စဉ်​တွင် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို အောက်​မေ့​ခြင်း​မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ မ​ရ​ဏ​နိုင်​ငံ​တွင် ကျေး​ဇူး​တော်​ကို အ​ဘယ်​သူ​ချီး​မွမ်း​ပါ​မည်​နည်း။ 6 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ညည်း​တွား၍ ပင်​ပန်း​လှ​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခု​တင်​ကို ကိုယ်​မျက်​ရည်၌ တစ်​ည​လုံး​မျှော၍၊ အိပ်​ရာ​ကို​လည်း မွန်း​စေ​ပါ၏။ 7 ဝမ်း​နည်း​ခြင်း​အား​ဖြင့် မျက်​စိ​ပျက်၍၊ ရန်​သူ​များ​ကြောင့် ပြာ​မှုန်​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ၏။

8 မ​တ​ရား​သ​ဖြင့် ပြု​သော​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့၊ ငါ့​ထံ​မှ ဖယ်​သွား​ကြ။ ငါ​ငို​ကြွေး​သံ​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား ကြား​တော်​မူ၏။*မ၊ ၇:၂၃။ လု၊ ၁၃:၂၇။9 ငါ​တောင်း​ပန်​ခြင်း​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကြား​တော်​မူ၏။ ငါ​ပြု​သော​ပ​တ္ထ​နာ​စ​ကား​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား နာ​ယူ​တော်​မူ၏။ 10 ငါ့​ရန်​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် ရှက်​ကြောက်၍ ဆုံး​ရှုံး​ခြင်း ရှိ​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။ ချက်​ချင်း​ပြန်​သွား၍ ရှက်​ကြောက်​ခြင်း​သို့ ရောက်​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။

1 Jehovah, rebuke me not in thine anger, and chasten me not in thy hot displeasure. 2 Be gracious unto me, Jehovah, for I am withered; Jehovah, heal me, for my bones tremble. 3 And my soul trembleth exceedingly: and thou, Jehovah, till how long? 4 Return, Jehovah, free my soul; save me for thy loving-kindness' sake. 5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee; in Sheol who shall give thanks unto thee? 6 I am wearied with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I dissolve my couch with my tears. 7 Mine eye wasteth away through grief; it hath grown old because of all mine oppressors.

8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for Jehovah hath heard the voice of my weeping. 9 Jehovah hath heard my supplication; Jehovah receiveth my prayer. 10 All mine enemies shall be ashamed and tremble exceedingly; they will turn, they will be ashamed suddenly.
