1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ဖြောင့်​မတ်​ခြင်း​လမ်း​သို့ လိုက်​သော​ကြောင့်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ဘက်၌ တ​ရား​စီ​ရင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို​ခို​လှုံ၍၊ ရွေ့​လျော့​ခြင်း​နှင့် ကင်း​လွတ်​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 2 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​စစ်​ဆေး​စုံ​စမ်း၍၊ နှ​လုံး​ကျောက်​ကပ်​ကို ဆေး​ကြော​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 3 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် မေ​တ္တာ​ကျေး​ဇူး​တော်​ကို မျက်​မှောက်​ပြု၍၊ သ​စ္စာ​တ​ရား​တော်​နှင့်​အ​ညီ ကျင့်​ပါ၏။ 4 လျှပ်​ပေါ်​သော လူ​တို့​နှင့်​အ​တူ မ​ထိုင်​ပါ။ လျှို့​ဝှက်​သော လူ​စု​ထဲ​သို့ မ​ဝင်​ပါ။ 5 မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​တို့၏​စည်း​ဝေး​ခြင်း​ကို မုန်း​ပါ၏။ ဆိုး​သွမ်း​သော သူ​တို့​နှင့်​အ​တူ မ​ထိုင်​ပါ။ 6 ကျေး​ဇူး​တော်​ကို ချီး​မြှောက်​သော​အ​သံ​နှင့် မြွက်​ဆို၍၊ 7 အံ့ဩ​ဖွယ်​သော အ​မှု​တော်​အ​လုံး​စုံ​တို့​ကို ကြား​ပြော​ခြင်း​ငှာ၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကိုယ်​လက်​ကို အ​ပြစ်​ကင်း​ခြင်း​နှင့်​ဆေး၍၊ ယဇ်​ပ​လ္လင်​တော်​ကို ဝန်း​ရံ​လျက်​နေ​ပါ​သည်၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား။

8 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အိမ်တော်သည် အိမ်​တော်​တည်​ရာ​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ ဘုန်း​တော်​ထင်​ရှား​သော အ​ရပ်​ဌာ​န​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​နှစ်​သက်​ပါ၏။ 9 ပြစ်​မှား​သော​သူ​တို့​နှင့်​အ​တူ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ လူ​အ​သက်​ကို​သတ်​သော သူ​တို့​နှင့်​အ​တူ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သက်​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း ချုပ်​ထား​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ 10 သူ​တို့​လက်​သည် မ​ကောင်း​သော​အ​ကြံ​အ​စည်၌ ကျင်​လည်၍၊ သူ​တို့​လက်​ယာ​လက်​သည်​လည်း တံ​စိုး​နှင့် ပြည့်​ဝ​ပါ၏။ 11 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မူ​ကား၊ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​ခြင်း​လမ်း​သို့​လိုက်​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ရွေး​နုတ်၍ ကယ်​မ​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 12 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ညီ​ညွတ်​သော​အ​ရပ်၌ နေ​ရာ​ကျ၍၊ ပ​ရိ​သတ်​အ​လယ်​မှာ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို ကောင်း​ချီး​ပေး​ပါ​မည်။

A Psalm of David.

1 Judge me, O Jehovah, for I have walked in mine integrity, and I have confided in Jehovah: I shall not slip. 2 Prove me, Jehovah, and test me; try my reins and my heart: 3 For thy loving-kindness is before mine eyes, and I have walked in thy truth. 4 I have not sat with vain persons, neither have I gone in with dissemblers; 5 I have hated the congregation of evil-doers, and I have not sat with the wicked.

6 I will wash my hands in innocency, and will encompass thine altar, O Jehovah, 7 That I may cause the voice of thanksgiving to be heard, and declare all thy marvellous works. 8 Jehovah, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thy glory dwelleth. 9 Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with men of blood; 10 In whose hands are evil devices, and their right hand is full of bribes. 11 But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity. Redeem me, and be gracious unto me. 12 My foot standeth in an even place; in the congregations will I bless Jehovah.
