1 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​မှု၌ တ​ရား​ဆုံး​ဖြတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ က​ရု​ဏာ​မ​ရှိ​သော လူ​မျိုး​တစ်​ဖက်​က​နေ၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​မှု​ကို စောင့်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ သ​စ္စာ​မ​ရှိ၊ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ၏​လက်​မှ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ကယ်​လွှတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 2 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခို​လှုံ​ရာ ဘု​ရား​ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​အ​ဘယ်​ကြောင့် စွန့်​ပစ်​တော်​မူ​သ​နည်း။ ရန်​သူ​ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​နှိပ်​စက်​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ၍၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကြမ်း​တမ်း​သော​အ​ဝတ်​ကို ဝတ်​လျက် အ​ဘယ်​ကြောင့် နေ​ရ​ပါ​သ​နည်း။ 3 အ​လင်း​တော်​နှင့် သ​စ္စာ​တော်​ကို စေ​လွှတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ သူ​တို့​သည်​လမ်း​ပြ၍ သန့်​ရှင်း​သော တောင်​တော်​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ တဲ​တော်​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ပို့​ဆောင်​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 4 သို့​ပြု​လျှင် ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၏ ယဇ်​ပ​လ္လင်​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ဝမ်း​မြောက်​ရွှင်​လန်း​ရာ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ထံ​တော်​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ရောက်​လာ၍၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို စောင်း​တီး​လျက် ချီး​မွမ်း​ထော​မ​နာ ပြု​ပါ​မည်​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​၏​ဘု​ရား။ 5 အို​ငါ့​ဝိ​ညာဉ်၊ သင်​သည်​အ​ဘယ်​ကြောင့် ညှိုး​ငယ်​သ​နည်း။ ငါ့​အ​ထဲ​မှာ အ​ဘယ်​ကြောင့် မ​ငြိမ်​မ​ဝပ်​ရှိ​သ​နည်း။ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို မျှော်​လင့်​လျက်​နေ​လော့။ ငါ့​ကို​ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​သော​အ​ရှင်၊ ငါ​ကိုး​ကွယ်​သော​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၏ ကျေး​ဇူး​တော်​ကို ငါ​ချီး​မွမ်း​ထော​မ​နာ ပြု​ရ​လေ​အံ့​သ​တည်း။

1 Judge me, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim and plead my cause against an ungodly nation; deliver me from the deceitful and unrighteous man. 2 For thou art the God*GodHebrew: Elohim of my strength: why hast thou cast me off? why go I about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? 3 Send out thy light and thy truth: they shall lead me, they shall bring me to thy holy mount, and unto thy habitations. 4 Then will I go unto the altar of God*GodHebrew: Elohim unto the ·God*GodHebrew: El of the gladness of my joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim my God*GodHebrew: Elohim5 Why art thou cast down, my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God*GodHebrew: Elohim for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God*GodHebrew: Elohim.
