1 ဘုရားသခင်မရှိဟု မိုက်သောသူသည် ထင်တတ်၏။ ထိုသို့သောသူတို့သည် ဆွေးမြေ့ယိုယွင်း၍ စက်ဆုပ်ဖွယ်သော အမှုကိုပြုတတ်ကြ၏။ ကောင်းသောအမှုကိုပြုသောသူ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။ 2 နားလည်သောသူ၊ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုရှာသောသူ တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်ရှိသည် မရှိသည်ကိုသိမြင်ခြင်းငှာ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကောင်းကင်ပေါ်က လူသားတို့ကို ငုံ့၍ကြည့်ရှုတော်မူ၏။ 3 လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် လမ်းလွဲကြပြီ။ တညီတညွတ်တည်း ဆွေးမြေ့ယိုယွင်းခြင်းရှိကြ၏။ ကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်သောသူမရှိ။ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။ရော၊ ၃:၁၀-၁၂။
4 မုန့်ကိုစားသကဲ့သို့ ငါ၏လူတို့ကိုကိုက်စား၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုပတ္ထနာမပြုသော အဓမ္မလူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မသိဘဲ နေရကြသလော။ 5 သို့ဖြစ်၍ အလွန်ကြောက်လန့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဖြောင့်မတ်သောလူမျိုးဘက်၌ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ 6 နှိမ့်ချလျက်ရှိသောသူသည် ထာဝရဘုရားကိုခိုလှုံသောကြောင့်၊ သင်တို့သည် သူ၏အကြံအစည်ကို အရှက်ကွဲစေတတ်ကြ၏။ 7 ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးတော်သည်၊ ဇိအုန်တောင်ပေါ်မှာ ပေါ်ထွန်းပါစေသော။ သိမ်းသွားခြင်းကို ခံရသောလူမျိုးတော်ကို တစ်ဖန် ထာဝဘုရားသည် ဆောင်ခဲ့တော်မူသောအခါ၊ ယာကုပ်သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း၊ ဣသရေလသည်လည်း ရွှင်လန်းခြင်းရှိလိမ့်မည်။

1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no GodGodHebrew: Elohim They have corrupted themselves, they have done abominable works: there is none that doeth good. 2 Jehovah looked down from the heavens upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek GodGodHebrew: Elohim3 They have all gone aside, they are together become corrupt: there is none that doeth good, not even one.
4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, eating up my people as they eat bread? They call not upon Jehovah. 5 There were they in great fear; for GodGodHebrew: Elohim is in the generation of the righteous. 6 Ye have shamed the counsel of the afflicted, because Jehovah was his refuge. 7 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When Jehovah turneth again the captivity of his people, Jacob shall be glad, Israel shall rejoice.
