2 Porque o Senhor, que é acima de tudo e de todos, é Deus imensamente poderoso. É um rei com uma autoridade total sobre toda a Terra.3 Ele subjugou os povos diante de nós, e porá as nações sob o nosso mando.4 Escolheu para nós as suas melhores bênçãos, o melhor de tudo quanto existe para o seu povo, que ele ama.5 Deus subiu com alegria, sob o toque triunfante das trombetas.6 Cantem louvores a Deus, sim, cantem louvores ao nosso rei!7 Pois Deus é rei sobre toda a Terra. Cantem-lhe louvores com harmonia e com inteligência.8 Ele reina sobre as nações, sentado no seu santo trono.9 Os chefes dos povos se juntarão a nós, para formarem connosco o povo do Deus de Abraão. Porque no fim de contas a Deus pertencem os governantes da Terra. Deus está acima de todos!
