1 The Lord reigneth, and is clothed with maiestie: the Lord is clothed, and girded with power: the world also shall be established, that it cannot be mooued. 2 Thy throne is established of olde: thou art from euerlasting. 3 The floodes haue lifted vp, O Lord: the floodes haue lifted vp their voyce: the floods lift vp their waues. 4 The waues of ye sea are marueilous through the noyse of many waters, yet the Lord on High is more mightie. 5 Thy testimonies are very sure: holinesse becommeth thine House, O Lord, for euer.

1 Jeová reina, está vestido de majestade; Jeová está vestido, está cingido de força; O mundo também está estabelecido, de modo que não pode ser abalado.

2 Estabelecido está o teu trono desde a antigüidade: Tu és desde a eternidade.

3 As correntes levantaram, ó Jeová, As correntes levantaram a sua voz; As correntes levantam o seu fragor.

4 Mais que as vozes de muitas águas, Mais que as vagas poderosas do mar, Jeová é poderoso nas alturas.

5 Os teus testemunhos são fidelíssimos; A santidade convém à tua casa, Jeová, para todo o sempre.
