1 The Lord reigneth, let the people tremble: he sitteth betweene the Cherubims, let the earth be moued. 2 The Lord is great in Zion, and he is high aboue all the people. 3 They shall prayse thy great and fearefull Name (for it is holy) 4 And the Kings power, that loueth iudgement: for thou hast prepared equitie: thou hast executed iudgement and iustice in Iaakob. 5 Exalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his footestoole: for he is holy. 6 Moses and Aaron were among his Priests, and Samuel among such as call vpon his Name: these called vpon the Lord, and he heard them. 7 Hee spake vnto them in the cloudie pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the Lawe that he gaue them. 8 Thou heardest them, O Lord our God: thou wast a fauourable God vnto them, though thou didst take vengeance for their inuentions. 9 Exalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his holy Mountaine: for the Lord our God is holy.

1 Jeová é Rei, tremam os povos; Ele está entronizado sobre os querubins, estremeça a terra.

2 Jeová é grande em Sião, E é excelso acima de todos os povos.

3 Louvem o teu nome grande e tremendo: Santo é Ele.

4 A força do rei ama a justiça; Tu estabeleces a eqüidade, Tu executas o juízo e a justiça em Jacó.

5 Exaltai a Jeová nosso Deus, E prostrai-vos ao escabelo dos seus pés: Santo é Ele.

6 Moisés e Aarão entre os seus sacerdotes, E Samuel entre os que invocam o seu nome; Estes invocaram a Jeová, e ele lhes respondeu.

7 Falou-lhes numa coluna de nuvem: Eles lhe guardaram os testemunhos e o estatuto que ele lhes deu.

8 Tu lhes respondeste, ó Jeová, Deus nosso; Tu foste um Deus que lhes perdoou, Embora tomando vingança dos seus atos.

9 Exaltai a Jeová, nosso Deus, E prostrai-vos no seu santo monte, Porque santo é Jeová nosso Deus.
