Psalms 43

1 Judge me, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim and plead my cause against an ungodly nation; deliver me from the deceitful and unrighteous man. 2 For thou art the God*GodHebrew: Elohim of my strength: why hast thou cast me off? why go I about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? 3 Send out thy light and thy truth: they shall lead me, they shall bring me to thy holy mount, and unto thy habitations. 4 Then will I go unto the altar of God*GodHebrew: Elohim unto the ·God*GodHebrew: El of the gladness of my joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim my God*GodHebrew: Elohim5 Why art thou cast down, my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God*GodHebrew: Elohim for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God*GodHebrew: Elohim.

1 Rends-moi justice, ô Dieu, défends ma cause contre une nation infidèle!

Délivre-moi des hommes de fraude et d’iniquité!

2 Toi, mon Dieu protecteur, pourquoi me repousses-tu?

Pourquoi dois-je marcher *Ps 35:14;38:7;42:10.dans la tristesse,

Sous l’oppression de l’ennemi?

3 Envoie ta lumière et ta fidélité!

Qu’elles me guident,

Qu’elles me conduisent à ta montagne sainte et à tes demeures!

4 J’irai vers l’autel de Dieu, de Dieu, ma joie et mon allégresse,

Et je te célébrerai sur la harpe, ô Dieu, mon Dieu!

5 *Ps 42:6,12.Pourquoi t’abats-tu, mon âme, et gémis-tu au-dedans de moi?

Espère en Dieu, car je le louerai encore;

Il est mon salut et mon Dieu.
