1 I will adore you with all my heart. I will make music to praise you in front of the false gods.2 I will bow toward your holy temple. I will praise your name because of your loving kindness and truth. You have made your name and your covenant greater than everything.3 When I called, you answered me. You made me bold. You strengthened me.4 All the kings of the earth will praise you, O Jehovah, because they have heard the words you spoke.5 They will sing this about the ways of Jehovah: Jehovah’s honor is great!6 Even though Jehovah is high above, he sees humble people close up, and he recognizes arrogant people from a distance.7 Even though I walk into the middle of trouble, you guard my life against the anger of my enemies. You stretch out your hand, and your right hand saves me.8 Jehovah will do everything for me. O Jehovah, your mercy endures forever. Do not let go of what your hands have made.

1 Graças te dou de todo o meu coração; diante dos deuses a ti canto louvores.2 Inclino-me para o teu santo templo, e louvo o teu nome pela tua benignidade, e pela tua fidelidade; pois engrandeceste acima de tudo o teu nome e a tua palavra.3 No dia em que eu clamei, atendeste-me; alentaste-me, fortalecendo a minha alma.4 Todos os reis da terra de louvarão, ó Senhor, quando ouvirem as palavras da tua boca;5 e cantarão os caminhos do Senhor, pois grande é a glória do Senhor.6 Ainda que o Senhor é excelso, contudo atenta para o humilde; mas ao soberbo, conhece-o de longe.7 Embora eu ande no meio da angústia, tu me revivificas; contra a ira dos meus inimigos estendes a tua mão, e a tua destra me salva.8 O Senhor aperfeiçoará o que me diz respeito. A tua benignidade, ó Senhor, dura para sempre; não abandones as obras das tuas mãos.
