1 Louvai ao Senhor! Louvarei ao Senhor de todo o coração, na assembleia dos justos e na congregação. 2 Grandes são as obras do Senhor, procuradas por todos os que nelas tomam prazer. 3 Glória e majestade há em sua obra, e a sua justiça permanece para sempre. 4 Fez lembradas as suas maravilhas; piedoso e misericordioso é o Senhor. 5 Deu mantimento aos que o temem; lembrar-se-á sempre do seu concerto. 6 Mostrou ao seu povo o poder das suas obras, dando-lhe a herança das nações. 7 As obras das suas mãos são verdade e juízo; fiéis, todos os seus mandamentos. 8 Permanecem firmes para todo o sempre; são feitos em verdade e retidão. 9 Redenção enviou ao seu povo; ordenou o seu concerto para sempre; santo e tremendo é o seu nome. 10 O temor do Senhor é o princípio da sabedoria; bom entendimento têm todos os que lhe obedecem; o seu louvor permanece para sempre.

1 Hallelujah. I will thank the Lord with all my heart, in the council of the upright, and in the congregation.

2 Great are the works of the Lord, they are sought for by them in all their desires.

3 Glorious and majestic is his doing, and his righteousness endureth for ever.

4 He hath made a memorial for his wonderful works: gracious and merciful is the Lord.

5 He hath given sustenance unto those that fear him: he will for ever be mindful of his covenant.

6 The power of his works hath he told unto his people, that he might give them the heritage of nations.

7 The works of his hands are truth and justice: faultless are all his precepts.

8 They are well supported for ever and eternally: they are framed in truth and uprightness.

9 Redemption hath he sent unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and to be feared is his name.

10 The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord; a good understanding have all that fulfill his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
