1 Praise ye Jah! for it is good. Sing psalms of our God; for it is pleasant: praise is comely.2 Jehovah doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth the outcasts of Israel.3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.4 He counteth the number of the stars; he giveth names to them all.5 Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.6 Jehovah lifteth up the meek; he abaseth the wicked to the earth.7 Sing unto Jehovah with thanksgiving; sing psalms upon the harp unto our God:8 Who covereth the heavens with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains;9 Who giveth to the cattle their food, to the young ravens which cry.10 He delighteth not in the strength of the horse, he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man;11 Jehovah taketh pleasure in those that fear him, in those that hope in his loving-kindness.12 Laud Jehovah, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.13 For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee;14 He maketh peace in thy borders; he satisfieth thee with the finest of the wheat.15 He sendeth forth his oracles to the earth: his word runneth very swiftly.16 He giveth snow like wool, scattereth the hoar frost like ashes;17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?18 He sendeth his word, and melteth them; he causeth his wind to blow-the waters flow.19 He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.20 He hath not dealt thus with any nation; and as for {his} judgments, they have not known them. 1 你们要赞美耶和华。歌颂我们的 神， 这是多么美善， 赞美他， 这是美好的， 是合宜的。 2 耶和华重建耶路撒冷， 召聚被赶散的以色列人。 3 他医好伤心的人， 裹好他们的伤处。 4 他数点星辰的数目， 一一给它们起名。 5 我们的主伟大， 大有能力； 他的智慧无法测度。 6 耶和华扶持谦卑的人， 却把恶人丢弃在地。 7 你们要以感谢的心向耶和华歌唱， 用琴向我们的 神歌颂。 8 他以密云遮盖天空， 为大地预备雨水， 使群山长满青草。 9 他把食物赐给走兽， 也赐给啼叫的小乌鸦。 10 他喜欢的不是马的力大， 他喜悦的不是人的腿快。 11 耶和华喜悦敬畏他的人， 喜悦仰望他慈爱的人。 12 耶路撒冷啊！ 你要颂赞耶和华； 锡安哪！ 你要赞美你的 神。 13 因为他坚固了你城门的门闩， 赐福在你中间的儿女。 14 他使你的边界平靖； 用上好的麦子使你饱足。 15 他向地发出命令， 他的话迅速颁行。 16 他降下像羊毛一样的雪， 撒下像炉灰一样的霜。 17 他拋下像碎屑一样的冰雹； 面对他发出的寒冷， 谁能抵受得住呢？ 18 他发出命令， 这一切就都融化； 他使风刮起， 水就流动。 19 他把自己的话向雅各颁布， 把自己的律例和典章向以色列颁布。 20 他从没有这样对待其他各国； 他们都不知道他的典章。你们要赞美耶和华。
