1 Cantem uma nova canção a Deus, o Senhor.

Cantem ao Senhor,

todos os povos da terra!

2 Cantem ao Senhor e o louvem.

Anunciem todos os dias

que ele nos salvou.

3 Falem da sua glória às nações;

contem a todos os povos

as coisas maravilhosas

que ele tem feito.

4 O Senhor é grande

e merece todo o nosso louvor;

ele deve ser temido

mais do que todos os deuses.

5 Pois os deuses das outras nações

são somente ídolos,

mas o Senhor fez os céus.

6 Ele está cercado de glória

e majestade;

poder e beleza enchem o seu Templo.

7 Louvem o Senhor,

todos os povos da terra!

Louvem a sua glória e o seu poder.

8 Deem ao Senhor a honra que ele merece;

tragam uma oferta e entrem nos pátios

do seu Templo.

9 Curvem-se diante do Santo Deus

quando ele aparecer;

trema diante dele toda a terra.

10 Digam em todas as nações:

"O Senhor é Rei!

A terra está firme no seu lugar

e não pode ser abalada;

ele julgará os povos

de acordo com o que é direito."

11 Alegre-se a terra,

e fique contente o céu.

Ruja o mar e todas as criaturas

que nele vivem.

12 Alegrem-se os campos

e tudo o que há neles.

Então as árvores dos bosques

gritarão de alegria

diante de Deus, o Senhor,

13 pois ele vem governar a terra.

Com justiça e sem parcialidade,

ele governará os povos do mundo.

2 Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; show forth his saving health from day to day.

3 Declare his glory among the Gentiles, his wonders among all peoples.

4 For the LORD [is] great and greatly to be praised; he [is] to be feared above all gods.

5 For all the gods of the nations [are] idols, but the LORD made the heavens.

6 Honour and majesty [are] before him; strength and beauty [are] in his sanctuary.

7 Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the peoples, give unto the LORD the glory and the strength.

8 Give unto the LORD the glory [due unto] his name; bring offerings, and come into his courts.

9 O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness; fear before him, all the earth.

10 Say among the Gentiles [that] the LORD reigns; he also has established the world, it shall not be moved; he shall judge the peoples righteously.

11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar and the fullness thereof.

12 Let the field be joyful and all that [is] therein; then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

13 before the LORD; for he has come, for he has come to judge the earth; he shall judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with his truth.:
