2 耶和华从天上察看世人， 要看看有明慧的没有， 有寻求 神的没有。

3 人人都偏离了正道， 一同变成污秽； 没有行善的， 连一个也没有。

4 所有作恶的都是无知的吗？他们吞吃我的子民好像吃饭一样， 并不求告耶和华。

5 他们必大大震惊， 因为 神在义人的群体中。

6 你们要使困苦人的计划失败， 但耶和华是他的避难所。

7 但愿以色列的救恩从锡安而出； 耶和华给他子民带来复兴的时候（"耶和华给他子民带来复兴的时候"或译： "耶和华把他被掳的子民带回来的时候"）， 雅各要快乐， 以色列要欢喜。

1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.

They are corrupt, they have done abominable works;

There is none that doeth good.

2 Jehovah looked down from heaven upon the children of men,

To see if there were any that did understand,

That did seek after God.

3 They are all gone aside; they are together become filthy;

There is none that doeth good, no, not one.

4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge,

Who eat up my people as they eat bread,

And call not upon Jehovah?

5 There were they in great fear;

For God is in the generation of the righteous.

6 Ye put to shame the counsel of the poor,

Because Jehovah is his refuge.

7 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion!

When Jehovah bringeth back the captivity of his people,

Then shall Jacob rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
