2 求你不要审判你的仆人， 因为凡活着的人， 在你面前没有一个是义的。

3 仇敌逼迫我， 把我压倒在地， 使我住在黑暗之处， 像死了很久的人一样。

4 因此我的灵在我里面软弱， 我的心在我里面战栗。

5 我追念以往的日子， 默想你的一切作为， 沉思你手所作的。

6 我向你伸出双手， 我的心渴想你， 好像干旱的地盼望雨水一样。（细拉）

7 耶和华啊！ 求你快快应允我， 我的心灵已经衰竭， 求你不要向我掩面， 免得我像那些下坑的人一样。

8 求你使我清晨得闻你的慈爱， 因为我倚靠你。求你指示我当走的路， 因为我的心仰望你。

9 耶和华啊！ 求你救我脱离我的仇敌， 我往你那里藏身。

10 求你教我遵行你的旨意， 因为你是我的 神； 愿你至善的灵引导我到平坦的地。

11 耶和华啊！ 求你为你名的缘故使我存活， 按着你的公义把我从患难中领出来。

12 求你因你的慈爱使我的仇敌灭绝， 求你消灭所有苦害我的人， 因为我是你的仆人。

1 Hear my prayer, O Jehovah; give ear to my supplications:

In thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant;

For in thy sight no man living is righteous.

3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul;

He hath smitten my life down to the ground:

He hath made me to dwell in dark places, as those that have been long dead.

4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me;

My heart within me is desolate.

5 I remember the days of old;

I meditate on all thy doings;

I muse on the work of thy hands.

6 I spread forth my hands unto thee:

My soul thirsteth after thee, as a weary land. [Selah

7 Make haste to answer me, O Jehovah; my spirit faileth:

Hide not thy face from me,

Lest I become like them that go down into the pit.

8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;

For in thee do I trust:

Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;

For I lift up my soul unto thee.

9 Deliver me, O Jehovah, from mine enemies:

I flee unto thee to hide me.

10 Teach me to do thy will;

For thou art my God:

Thy Spirit is good;

Lead me in the land of uprightness.

11 Quicken me, O Jehovah, for thy name’s sake:

In thy righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.

12 And in thy lovingkindness cut off mine enemies,

And destroy all them that afflict my soul;

For I am thy servant.
