1 耶和华啊！ 求你不要在烈怒中责备我， 也不要在气忿中管教我。

2 耶和华啊！ 求你恩待我， 因为我软弱； 耶和华啊！ 求你医治我， 因为我的骨头发抖。

3 我的心也大大战栗， 耶和华啊！ 要等到几时呢？

4 耶和华啊！ 求你回转搭救我， 因你慈爱的缘故拯救我。

5 因为在死亡之地无人记念你， 在阴间有谁称谢你呢？

6 我因悲叹而疲惫， 我夜夜流泪， 把床漂起， 把床榻浸透。

7 我因愁烦眼目昏花， 因众多的仇敌视力衰退。

8 你们所有作恶的人， 离开我去吧， 因为耶和华听了我哀哭的声音。

9 耶和华听了我的恳求， 耶和华必接纳我的祷告。

10 我所有的仇敌都必蒙羞， 大大惊惶； 眨眼之间， 他们必蒙羞后退。

1 O Jehovah, rebuke me not in thine anger,

Neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

2 Have mercy upon me, O Jehovah; for I am withered away:

O Jehovah, heal me; for my bones are troubled.

3 My soul also is sore troubled:

And thou, O Jehovah, how long?

4 Return, O Jehovah, deliver my soul:

Save me for thy lovingkindness’ sake.

5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee:

In Sheol who shall give thee thanks?

6 I am weary with my groaning;

Every night make I my bed to swim;

I water my couch with my tears.

7 Mine eye wasteth away because of grief;

It waxeth old because of all mine adversaries.

8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity;

For Jehovah hath heard the voice of my weeping.

9 Jehovah hath heard my supplication;

Jehovah will receive my prayer.

10 All mine enemies shall be put to shame and sore troubled:

They shall turn back, they shall be put to shame suddenly.
