1 住在至高者的隐密处的， 必在全能者的荫庇下安居。
2 我要对耶和华说： "你是我的避难所， 我的保障， 你是我的 神， 我所倚靠的。"
3 他必救你脱离捕鸟的人的网罗， 脱离致命的瘟疫。
4 他必用自己的羽毛遮盖你， 你要投靠在他的翅膀底下； 他的信实像盾牌， 像坚垒。
5 你不必害怕黑夜的惊恐， 或是白日的飞箭；
6 也不必害怕黑暗中流行的瘟疫， 或是在正午把人毁灭的毒病。
7 虽有千人仆倒在你的左边， 万人仆倒在你的右边， 但灾害必不临近你。
8 不过你要亲眼观看， 看见恶人遭报。
9 你既然把耶和华当作自己的避难所， 把至高者当作自己的居所，
10 祸患必不临到你， 灾害必不临近你的帐棚。
11 因为他为了你， 会吩咐自己的使者， 在你所行的一切路上保护你。
12 他们必用手托住你， 免得你的脚碰到石头。
13 你必践踏狮子和虺蛇。你必踏碎少壮狮子和大蛇。
14 耶和华说： "因为他恋慕我， 我必搭救他； 因为他认识我的名， 我必保护他。
15 他求告我， 我必应允他； 他在患难中， 我必与他同在； 我必拯救他， 使他得尊荣。
16 我必使他得享长寿， 又向他显明我的救恩。"
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in whom I trust.
3 For he will deliver thee from the snare of the fowler,
And from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover thee with his pinions,
And under his wings shalt thou take refuge:
His truth is a shield and a buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night,
Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 For the pestilence that walketh in darkness,
Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side,
And ten thousand at thy right hand;
But it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold,
And see the reward of the wicked.
9 For thou, O Jehovah, art my refuge!
Thou hast made the Most High thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee,
Neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent.
11 For he will give his angels charge over thee,
To keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands,
Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder:
The young lion and the serpent shalt thou trample under foot.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him:
I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble:
I will deliver him, and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him,
And show him my salvation.
