2 我的心哪！ 你要称颂耶和华； 不可忘记他的一切恩惠。
3 他赦免你的一切罪孽， 医治你的一切疾病；
4 他救赎你的性命脱离死亡， 以慈爱和怜悯作你的冠冕；
5 他以福乐使你的心愿满足， 以致你好像鹰一般恢复青春的活力。
6 耶和华施行公义， 为所有受欺压的人主持公道。
7 他向摩西指示自己的道路， 向以色列人显明自己的作为。
8 耶和华有怜悯， 有恩典， 不轻易发怒， 并且有丰盛的慈爱。
9 他不长久责备， 也不永远怀怒。
10 他没有按着我们的罪过待我们， 也没有照着我们的罪孽报应我们。
11 天离地有多高， 他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也有多大。
12 东离西有多远， 他使我们的过犯离我们也有多远。
13 父亲怎样怜恤儿子， 耶和华也照样怜恤敬畏他的人；
14 因为他知道我们的本体， 记得我们不过是尘土。
15 至于世人， 他的年日好像草一般； 他又像野地繁茂的花。
16 经风一吹， 就归无有； 他原来的地方再不认识他。
17 但从亘古到永远， 耶和华的慈爱临到敬畏他的人； 他的公义也归于他们的子子孙孙，
18 就是那些谨守他的约， 记住他的训词， 并且遵行的人。
19 耶和华在天上立定宝座， 他的王权统管万有。
20 你们作他天使的， 就是那些大有能力， 行他所吩咐， 以及听从他命令的， 都要称颂耶和华。
21 你们作他的众军， 作他的仆役， 遵行他旨意的， 都要称颂耶和华。
22 你们一切被他所造的， 在他统治的各处， 都要称颂耶和华。我的心哪， 你要称颂耶和华。
1 Bless Jehovah, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless Jehovah, O my soul,
And forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy desire with good things,
So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle.
6 Jehovah executeth righteous acts,
And judgments for all that are oppressed.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses,
His doings unto the children of Israel.
8 Jehovah is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness.
9 He will not always chide;
Neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins,
Nor rewarded us after our iniquities.
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth,
So great is his lovingkindness toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children,
So Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.
14 For he knoweth our frame;
He remembereth that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are as grass;
As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone;
And the place thereof shall know it no more.
17 But the lovingkindness of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him,
And his righteousness unto children’s children;
18 To such as keep his covenant,
And to those that remember his precepts to do them.
19 Jehovah hath established his throne in the heavens;
And his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 Bless Jehovah, ye his angels,
That are mighty in strength, that fulfil his word,
Hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21 Bless Jehovah, all ye his hosts,
Ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22 Bless Jehovah, all ye his works,
In all places of his dominion:
Bless Jehovah, O my soul.
