2 心里没有诡诈， 耶和华不算为有罪的， 这人是有福的。

3 我闭口不认罪的时候， 就整天唉哼， 以致骨头衰残。

4 因为你的手昼夜重压在我身上， 我的精力耗尽， 好像盛暑的干旱。（细拉）

5 我向你承认我的罪， 没有隐藏我的罪孽； 我说： "我要向耶和华承认我的过犯"； 你就赦免我的罪孽。（细拉）

6 因此， 凡是敬虔的人， 都当趁你可寻找的时候， 向你祷告； 大水泛滥的时候， 必不能达到他那里。

7 你是我藏身之处， 你必保护我脱离患难， 以得救的欢呼四面环绕我。（细拉）

8 我要教导你， 指示你应走的路； 我要劝戒你， 我的眼睛看顾你。

9 你不可像无知的骡马， 如果不用嚼环辔头勒住它们， 它们就不肯走近。

10 恶人必受许多痛苦； 但倚靠耶和华的， 必有慈爱四面环绕他。

11 义人哪！ 你们要靠着耶和华欢喜快乐； 所有心里正直的人哪！ 你们都要欢呼。

1 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven,

Whose sin is covered.

2 Blessed is the man unto whom Jehovah imputeth not iniquity,

And in whose spirit there is no guile.

3 When I kept silence, my bones wasted away

Through my groaning all the day long.

4 For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me:

5 I acknowledged my sin unto thee,

And mine iniquity did I not hide:

I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Jehovah;

6 For this let every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found:

Surely when the great waters overflow they shall not reach unto him.

7 Thou art my hiding-place; thou wilt preserve me from trouble;

Thou wilt compass me about with songs of deliverance. [Selah

8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:

I will counsel thee with mine eye upon thee.

9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding;

Whose trappings must be bit and bridle to hold them in,

Else they will not come near unto thee.

10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked;

But he that trusteth in Jehovah, lovingkindness shall compass him about.

11 Be glad in Jehovah, and rejoice, ye righteous;

And shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
