1 神是我们的避难所， 是我们的力量， 是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。

2 因此， 地虽然震动， 群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处， 我们也不害怕。

3 虽然海浪翻腾澎湃， 虽然山岳因波涛汹涌摇动， 我们也不害怕。（细拉）

4 有一条河， 它众多的支流使 神的城充满快乐； 这城就是至高者居住的圣所。

5 神在城中， 城必不动摇； 天一亮， 神必帮助它。

6 列邦喧嚷， 万国动摇； 神一发声， 地就融化。

7 万军之耶和华与我们同在； 雅各的 神是我们的保障。（细拉）

8 你们都来， 看耶和华的作为， 看他怎样使地荒凉。

9 他使战争止息， 直到地极； 他把弓折毁， 把矛砍断， 把战车用火焚烧。

10 你们要住手， 要知道我是 神； 我要在列国中被尊崇， 我要在全地上被尊崇。

1 God is our refuge and strength,

A very present help in trouble.

2 Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change,

And though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas;
