1 以色列的牧者啊！ 带领约瑟好像带领羊群的啊！ 求你留心听； 坐在基路伯上面的啊！ 求你显出荣光。
2 在以法莲、便雅悯和玛拿西面前， 求你施展你的大能， 前来拯救我们。
3 神啊， 求你使我们复兴！ 愿你的脸光照我们， 我们就可以得救。
4 耶和华万军之 神啊！ 你因你子民的祷告发怒， 要到几时呢？
5 你使他们以眼泪当饼吃， 使他们喝满杯的泪水。
6 你使我们的邻国因我们纷争， 我们的仇敌也讥笑我们。
7 万军的 神啊！ 求你使我们复兴； 愿你的脸光照我们， 我们就可以得救。
8 你从埃及带走一棵葡萄树， 你赶出外族人， 把这树栽上。
9 你为它预备了地土， 它就深深扎根， 充满全地。
10 它的荫影遮盖了群山， 它的枝条遮盖了高大的香柏树。
11 它的枝条伸展， 直到大海； 它的幼苗， 直到大河。
12 你为什么拆毁它的篱笆， 任由所有过路的人采摘呢？
13 从树林中出来的野猪践踏它， 田野的走兽把它吃了。
14 万军的 神啊！ 求你回心转意， 从天上垂看鉴察， 眷顾这葡萄树，
15 眷顾你右手栽种的根， 和你为自己培育的儿子。
16 这树已被火烧， 被砍下； 他们因你脸上的怒容灭亡。
17 愿你的手护庇你右边的人， 就是你为自己培育的人。
18 这样， 我们就不退后离开你； 求你救活我们， 我们就要求告你的名。
19 耶和华万军的 神啊！ 求你使我们复兴； 愿你的脸光照我们， 我们就可以得救。
1 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel,
Thou that leadest Joseph like a flock;
Thou that sittest above the cherubim, shine forth.
2 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up thy might,
And come to save us.
3 Turn us again, O God;
And cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
4 O Jehovah God of hosts,
How long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?
5 Thou hast fed them with the bread of tears,
And given them tears to drink in large measure.
6 Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbors;
And our enemies laugh among themselves.
7 Turn us again, O God of hosts;
And cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
8 Thou broughtest a vine out of Egypt:
Thou didst drive out the nations, and plantedst it.
9 Thou preparedst room before it,
And it took deep root, and filled the land.
10 The mountains were covered with the shadow of it,
And the boughs thereof were like cedars of God.
11 It sent out its branches unto the sea,
And its shoots unto the River.
12 Why hast thou broken down its walls,
So that all they that pass by the way do pluck it?
13 The boar out of the wood doth ravage it,
And the wild beasts of the field feed on it.
14 Turn again, we beseech thee, O God of hosts:
Look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine,
15 And the stock which thy right hand planted,
And the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.
16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down:
They perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
17 Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand,
Upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself.
18 So shall we not go back from thee:
Quicken thou us, and we will call upon thy name.
19 Turn us again, O Jehovah God of hosts;
Cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
