1 耶和华啊！ 我要尊崇你， 因为你曾救拔我， 不容我的仇敌向我夸耀。

2 耶和华我的 神啊！ 我曾向你呼求， 你也医治了我。

3 耶和华啊！ 你曾把我从阴间救上来， 使我存活， 不至于下坑。

4 耶和华的圣民哪！ 你们要歌颂耶和华， 赞美他的圣名。

5 因为他的怒气只是短暂的， 他的恩惠却是一生一世的； 夜间虽然不断有哭泣， 早晨却必欢呼。

6 至于我， 我在安稳的时候曾说： "我必永不动摇。"

7 耶和华啊！ 你的恩宠， 使我坚立， 如同大山； 你一掩面， 我就惊惶。

8 耶和华啊！ 我曾向你呼求； 我曾向我主恳求， 说：

9 "我被害流血， 下到深坑， 有什么益处呢？尘土还能称赞你， 还能传扬你的信实吗？

10 耶和华啊！ 求你垂听， 恩待我； 耶和华啊！ 求你帮助我。"

11 你已经把我的悲哀变为舞蹈， 把我的麻衣脱去， 又给我穿上欢乐；

12 好让我的灵（"灵"或译： "荣耀"或"肝"； 与16:9， 57:8， 108:1同）歌颂你， 永不停止。耶和华我的 神啊！ 我要永远称赞你。

1 I will extol thee, O Jehovah; for thou hast raised me up,

And hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

2 O Jehovah my God,

I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

3 O Jehovah, thou hast brought up my soul from Sheol;

Thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

4 Sing praise unto Jehovah, O ye saints of his,

And give thanks to his holy memorial name.

5 For his anger is but for a moment;

His favor is for a life-time:

Weeping may tarry for the night,

But joy cometh in the morning.

6 As for me, I said in my prosperity,

I shall never be moved.

7 Thou, Jehovah, of thy favor hadst made my mountain to stand strong:

Thou didst hide thy face; I was troubled.

8 I cried to thee, O Jehovah;

And unto Jehovah I made supplication:

9 What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit?

Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?

10 Hear, O Jehovah, and have mercy upon me:

Jehovah, be thou my helper.

11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing;

Thou hast loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent.

O Jehovah my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
