1 你们要赞美耶和华。歌颂我们的 神， 这是多么美善， 赞美他， 这是美好的， 是合宜的。
2 耶和华重建耶路撒冷， 召聚被赶散的以色列人。
3 他医好伤心的人， 裹好他们的伤处。
4 他数点星辰的数目， 一一给它们起名。
5 我们的主伟大， 大有能力； 他的智慧无法测度。
6 耶和华扶持谦卑的人， 却把恶人丢弃在地。
7 你们要以感谢的心向耶和华歌唱， 用琴向我们的 神歌颂。
8 他以密云遮盖天空， 为大地预备雨水， 使群山长满青草。
9 他把食物赐给走兽， 也赐给啼叫的小乌鸦。
10 他喜欢的不是马的力大， 他喜悦的不是人的腿快。
11 耶和华喜悦敬畏他的人， 喜悦仰望他慈爱的人。
12 耶路撒冷啊！ 你要颂赞耶和华； 锡安哪！ 你要赞美你的 神。
13 因为他坚固了你城门的门闩， 赐福在你中间的儿女。
14 他使你的边界平靖； 用上好的麦子使你饱足。
15 他向地发出命令， 他的话迅速颁行。
16 他降下像羊毛一样的雪， 撒下像炉灰一样的霜。
17 他拋下像碎屑一样的冰雹； 面对他发出的寒冷， 谁能抵受得住呢？
18 他发出命令， 这一切就都融化； 他使风刮起， 水就流动。
19 他把自己的话向雅各颁布， 把自己的律例和典章向以色列颁布。
20 他从没有这样对待其他各国； 他们都不知道他的典章。你们要赞美耶和华。
1 Praise ye Jehovah;
For it is good to sing praises unto our God;
For it is pleasant, and praise is comely.
2 Jehovah doth build up Jerusalem;
He gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
3 He healeth the broken in heart,
And bindeth up their wounds.
4 He counteth the number of the stars;
He calleth them all by their names.
5 Great is our Lord, and mighty in power;
His understanding is infinite.
6 Jehovah upholdeth the meek:
He bringeth the wicked down to the ground.
7 Sing unto Jehovah with thanksgiving;
Sing praises upon the harp unto our God,
8 Who covereth the heavens with clouds,
Who prepareth rain for the earth,
Who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
9 He giveth to the beast his food,
And to the young ravens which cry.
10 He delighteth not in the strength of the horse:
He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man.
11 Jehovah taketh pleasure in them that fear him,
In those that hope in his lovingkindness.
12 Praise Jehovah, O Jerusalem;
Praise thy God, O Zion.
13 For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates;
He hath blessed thy children within thee.
14 He maketh peace in thy borders;
He filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.
15 He sendeth out his commandment upon earth;
His word runneth very swiftly.
16 He giveth snow like wool;
He scattereth the hoar-frost like ashes.
17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels:
Who can stand before his cold?
18 He sendeth out his word, and melteth them:
He causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
19 He showeth his word unto Jacob,
His statutes and his ordinances unto Israel.
20 He hath not dealt so with any nation;
And as for his ordinances, they have not known them.
