1 耶和华我的力量啊！ 我爱你。

2 耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的 神、我的磐石、我所投靠的、我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高台。

3 我向那当受赞美的耶和华呼求， 就得到拯救， 脱离我的仇敌。

4 死亡的绳索环绕我， 毁灭的急流淹没了我。

5 阴间的绳索围绕着我， 死亡的网罗迎面而来。

6 急难临到我的时候， 我求告耶和华， 我向我的 神呼求； 他从殿中听了我的声音， 我在他面前的呼求进了他的耳中。

7 那时大地摇撼震动， 群山的根基也都动摇， 它们摇撼， 是因为耶和华发怒。

8 浓烟从他的鼻孔往上冒， 烈火从他的口中喷出来， 连炭也烧着了。

9 他使天下垂， 亲自降临； 在他的脚下黑云密布。

10 他乘着基路伯飞行， 借着风的翅膀急飞。

11 他以黑暗作他的隐密处， 他以浓黑的水气， 就是天空的密云， 作他四周的帷帐。

12 密云、冰雹与火炭， 从他面前的光辉经过。

13 耶和华在天上打雷， 至高者发出声音， 发出冰雹和火炭。

14 他射出箭来， 使它们四散； 他连连发出闪电， 使它们混乱。

15 耶和华斥责一发， 你鼻孔的气一出， 海底就出现， 大地的根基也显露。

16 他从高处伸手抓住我， 把我从大水中拉上来。

17 他救我脱离我的强敌， 脱离那些恨我的人， 因为他们比我强盛。

18 在我遭难的日子， 他们来攻击我， 但耶和华是我的支持。

19 他又领我出去， 到那宽阔之地； 他搭救我， 因为他喜悦我。

20 耶和华按着我的公义报答我， 照着我手中的清洁回报我。

21 因为我谨守了耶和华的道， 未曾作恶离开我的 神。

22 因为他的一切典章常摆在我面前， 他的律例， 我未曾丢弃。

23 我在他面前作完全的人， 我也谨慎自己， 脱离我的罪孽。

24 所以耶和华按着我的公义， 照着我在他眼前手中的清洁回报我。

25 对慈爱的人， 你显出你的慈爱； 对完全的人， 你显出你的完全；

26 对清洁的人， 你显出你的清洁； 对狡诈的人， 你显出你的机巧。

27 谦卑的人， 你要拯救； 高傲的眼睛， 你要贬低。

28 耶和华啊！ 你点亮了我的灯； 我的 神照明了我的黑暗。

29 借着你， 我攻破敌军； 靠着我的 神， 我跳过墙垣。

30 这位 神， 他的道路是完全的； 耶和华的话是炼净的； 凡是投靠他的， 他都作他们的盾牌。

31 除了耶和华， 谁是 神呢？除了我们的 神， 谁是磐石呢？

32 他是那位以能力给我束腰的 神， 他使我的道路完全。

33 他使我的脚像母鹿的蹄， 又使我站稳在高处。

34 他教导我的手怎样作战， 又使我的手臂可以拉开铜弓。

35 你把你救恩的盾牌赐给我， 你的右手扶持我， 你的温柔使我昌大。

36 你使我脚底下的路径宽阔， 我的两膝没有动摇。

37 我追赶仇敌， 把他们追上； 不消灭他们， 我必不归回。

38 我重创他们， 使他们不能起来； 他们都倒在我的脚下。

39 你以能力给我束腰， 使我能够作战； 你又使那些起来攻击我的人都屈服在我的脚下。

40 你使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑， 使我可以歼灭恨我的人。

41 他们呼叫， 却没有人拯救； 就算向耶和华呼求， 他也不答应他们。

42 我捣碎他们， 像风前的尘土， 我倾倒他们， 像街上的烂泥。

43 你救我脱离了人民的争竞， 你立我作列国的元首； 我不认识的人民要服事我。

44 他们一听见， 就服从我； 外族人都向我假意归顺。

45 外族人大势已去， 战战兢兢地从他们的要塞走出来。

46 耶和华是永活的， 我的磐石是应当称颂的， 拯救我的 神是应当被尊为至高的。

47 他是那位为我伸冤的 神， 他使万民服在我的脚下。

48 他救我脱离我的仇敌。你还把我高举起来， 高过那些起来攻击我的人， 又救我脱离了强暴的人。

49 因此， 耶和华啊！ 我要在列国中称赞你， 歌颂你的名。

50 耶和华赐极大的救恩给他所立的王， 又向他的受膏者施慈爱， 就是向大卫和他的后裔施慈爱， 直到永远。

1 I love thee, O Jehovah, my strength.

2 Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;

My God, my rock, in whom I will take refuge;

My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.

3 I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised:

So shall I be saved from mine enemies.

4 The cords of death compassed me,

And the floods of ungodliness made me afraid.

5 The cords of Sheol were round about me;

The snares of death came upon me.

6 In my distress I called upon Jehovah,

And cried unto my God:

He heard my voice out of his temple,

And my cry before him came into his ears.

7 Then the earth shook and trembled;

The foundations also of the mountains quaked

And were shaken, because he was wroth.

8 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils,

And fire out of his mouth devoured:

Coals were kindled by it.

9 He bowed the heavens also, and came down;

And thick darkness was under his feet.

10 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly;

Yea, he soared upon the wings of the wind.

11 He made darkness his hiding-place, his pavilion round about him,

Darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies.

12 At the brightness before him his thick clouds passed,

Hailstones and coals of fire.

13 Jehovah also thundered in the heavens,

And the Most High uttered his voice,

Hailstones and coals of fire.

14 And he sent out his arrows, and scattered them;

Yea, lightnings manifold, and discomfited them.

15 Then the channels of waters appeared,

And the foundations of the world were laid bare,

At thy rebuke, O Jehovah,

At the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.

16 He sent from on high, he took me;

He drew me out of many waters.

17 He delivered me from my strong enemy,

And from them that hated me; for they were too mighty for me.

18 They came upon me in the day of my calamity;

But Jehovah was my stay.

19 He brought me forth also into a large place;

He delivered me, because he delighted in me.

20 Jehovah hath rewarded me according to my righteousness;

According to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.

21 For I have kept the ways of Jehovah,

And have not wickedly departed from my God.

22 For all his ordinances were before me,

And I put not away his statutes from me.

23 I was also perfect with him,

And I kept myself from mine iniquity.

24 Therefore hath Jehovah recompensed me according to my righteousness,

According to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.

25 With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful;

With the perfect man thou wilt show thyself perfect;

26 With the pure thou wilt show thyself pure;

And with the perverse thou wilt show thyself froward.

27 For thou wilt save the afflicted people;

But the haughty eyes thou wilt bring down.

28 For thou wilt light my lamp:

Jehovah my God will lighten my darkness.

29 For by thee I run upon a troop;

And by my God do I leap over a wall.

30 As for God, his way is perfect:

The word of Jehovah is tried;

He is a shield unto all them that take refuge in him.

31 For who is God, save Jehovah?

And who is a rock, besides our God,

32 The God that girdeth me with strength,

And maketh my way perfect?

33 He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet:

And setteth me upon my high places.

34 He teacheth my hands to war;

So that mine arms do bend a bow of brass.

35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation;

And thy right hand hath holden me up,

And thy gentleness hath made me great.

36 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me,

And my feet have not slipped.

37 I will pursue mine enemies, and overtake them;

Neither will I turn again till they are consumed.

38 I will smite them through, so that they shall not be able to rise:

They shall fall under my feet.

39 For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle:

Thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

40 Thou hast also made mine enemies turn their backs unto me,

That I might cut off them that hate me.

41 They cried, but there was none to save;

Even unto Jehovah, but he answered them not.

42 Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind;

I did cast them out as the mire of the streets.

43 Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people;

Thou hast made me the head of the nations:

A people whom I have not known shall serve me.

44 As soon as they hear of me they shall obey me;

The foreigners shall submit themselves unto me.

45 The foreigners shall fade away,

And shall come trembling out of their close places.

46 Jehovah liveth; and blessed be my rock;

And exalted be the God of my salvation,

47 Even the God that executeth vengeance for me,

And subdueth peoples under me.

48 He rescueth me from mine enemies;

Yea, thou liftest me up above them that rise up against me;

Thou deliverest me from the violent man.

49 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah, among the nations,

And will sing praises unto thy name.

50 Great deliverance giveth he to his king,

And showeth lovingkindness to his anointed,

To David and to his seed, for evermore.
