1 神啊！ 求你恩待我， 因为人要践踏我； 他们终日攻击我， 迫害我。

2 我的仇敌终日践踏我， 攻击我的人很多。

3 至高者（"至高者"原文放在第2节末， 在那里或译： "因逞骄傲攻击我的人很多"）啊！ 我惧怕的时候， 就要倚靠你。

4 靠着 神， 我要赞美他的话； 我倚靠 神， 就必不惧怕， 人能把我怎么样呢？

5 他们终日歪曲我的话， 常常设计谋陷害我。

6 他们聚集在一起， 埋伏着， 窥探我的脚踪， 等候要害我的性命。

7 愿他们因罪孽的缘故不能逃脱； 神啊！ 愿你在怒中使这些人败落。

8 我多次流离， 你都数算； 你把我的眼泪装在你的皮袋里。这不都记在你的册子上吗？

9 我呼求你的时候， 我的仇敌就都转身退后； 因此我知道 神是帮助我的。

10 靠着 神， 我要赞美他的话； 靠着耶和华， 我要赞美他的话。

11 我倚靠 神， 就必不惧怕， 人能把我怎么样呢？

12 神啊！ 我要偿还我向你所许的愿， 我要把感谢祭献给你。

13 因为你救了我的性命脱离死亡； 你不是救了我的脚不跌倒， 使我在生命的光中， 行在 神你的面前吗？

1 Be merciful unto me, O God; for man would swallow me up:

All the day long he fighting oppresseth me.

2 Mine enemies would swallow me up all the day long;

For they are many that fight proudly against me.

3 What time I am afraid,

I will put my trust in thee.

4 In God (I will praise his word),

In God have I put my trust, I will not be afraid;

What can flesh do unto me?

5 All the day long they wrest my words:

All their thoughts are against me for evil.

6 They gather themselves together, they hide themselves,

They mark my steps,

Even as they have waited for my soul.

7 Shall they escape by iniquity?

In anger cast down the peoples, O God.

8 Thou numberest my wanderings:

Put thou my tears into thy bottle;

Are they not in thy book?

9 Then shall mine enemies turn back in the day that I call:

This I know, that God is for me.

10 In God (I will praise his word),

In Jehovah (I will praise his word),

11 In God have I put my trust, I will not be afraid;

What can man do unto me?

12 Thy vows are upon me, O God:

I will render thank-offerings unto thee.

13 For thou hast delivered my soul from death:

Hast thou not delivered my feet from falling,

That I may walk before God

In the light of the living?
