1 神啊！ 求你不要静默； 神啊！ 求你不要闭口， 也不要一言不发。
2 看哪！ 你的仇敌喧哗， 恨你的人都抬起头来。
3 他们密谋奸诈， 陷害你的子民； 他们彼此商议， 攻击你所宝贵的人。
4 他们说： "来吧！ 我们来把他们除灭， 使他们不再成国， 使以色列的名不再被人记念。"
5 他们同心商议， 彼此结盟， 要和你对抗。
6 他们就是住帐棚的以东人和以实玛利人， 摩押人和夏甲人，
7 迦巴勒、亚扪、亚玛力、非利士和推罗的居民。
8 亚述也和他们联合起来， 作了罗得子孙的帮手。（细拉）
9 求你待他们好像待米甸人， 像在基顺河待西西拉和耶宾一样；
10 他们都在隐．多珥被消灭， 成了地上的粪土。
11 求你使他们的贵族像俄立和西伊伯， 使他们的王子像西巴和撒慕拿。
12 他们曾说： "我们要得着 神的牧场作自己的产业。"
13 我的 神啊！ 求你使他们像旋风卷起的草， 像风前的碎秸。
14 火怎样焚烧树林， 火焰怎样燃烧群山，
15 求你也照样用狂风追赶他们， 借暴风雨惊吓他们。
16 耶和华啊！ 求你使他们满面羞愧， 好使他们寻求你的名。
17 愿他们永远受辱惊惶， 愿他们抱愧灭亡。
18 使他们知道只有你的名是耶和华， 唯有你是掌管全地的至高者。
1 O God, keep not thou silence:
Hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult;
And they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
3 They take crafty counsel against thy people,
And consult together against thy hidden ones.
4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation;
That the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
5 For they have consulted together with one consent;
Against thee do they make a covenant:
6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites;
Moab, and the Hagarenes;
7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek;
Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre:
8 Assyria also is joined with them;
They have helped the children of Lot. [Selah
9 Do thou unto them as unto Midian,
As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon;
10 Who perished at Endor,
Who became as dung for the earth.
11 Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb;
Yea, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna;
12 Who said, Let us take to ourselves in possession
The habitations of God.
13 O my God, make them like the whirling dust;
As stubble before the wind.
14 As the fire that burneth the forest,
And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire,
15 So pursue them with thy tempest,
And terrify them with thy storm.
16 Fill their faces with confusion,
That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah.
17 Let them be put to shame and dismayed for ever;
Yea, let them be confounded and perish;
18 That they may know that thou alone, whose name is Jehovah,
Art the Most High over all the earth.
