Salmos 123

သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

1 ကောင်း​ကင်​ဘုံ၌ ကျိန်း​ဝပ်​တော်​မူ​သော​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ် မျှော်​ကြည့်​ပါ၏။ 2 ကျွန်​တို့​သည် သ​ခင်​လက်​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ ကျွန်​မ​တို့​သည် သ​ခင်​မ​လက်​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း မျှော်​ကြည့်​သည်​နည်း​တူ၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​သည် ကယ်​မ​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ခြင်း​ကျေး​ဇူး​ကို မ​ခံ​မီ​တိုင်​အောင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့၏ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို မျှော်​ကြည့်​လျက်​နေ​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 3 အို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကယ်​မ​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​သည် အ​လွန်​အ​ရှက်​ကွဲ​ခြင်း​ကို ခံ​ရ​ပါ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ ကယ်​မ​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 4 မ​ထီ​မဲ့​မြင်​ပြု​သော သူ​တို့၏​ကဲ့​ရဲ့​ခြင်း​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ မာ​န​ကြီး​သော​သူ​တို့၏ အ​ရှက်​ခွဲ​ခြင်း​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့၏​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​သည် အ​လွန်​ခံ​ရ​ပါ၏။

A Song of Ascents.

1 Unto thee do I lift up mine eyes,

O thou that sittest in the heavens.

2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their master,

As the eyes of a maid unto the hand of her mistress;

So our eyes look unto Jehovah our God,

Until he have mercy upon us.

3 Have mercy upon us, O Jehovah, have mercy upon us;

For we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

4 Our soul is exceedingly filled

With the scoffing of those that are at ease,

And with the contempt of the proud.
