ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

"ဒါ​ဝိဒ်​သည် ဥ​မင်၌ ရှော​လု​ထံ​မှ​ထွက်​ပြေး​သော​အ​ခါ စပ်​ဆို​သော​ဆာ​လံ။"

1 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ဘေး​မ​လွန်​မီ​တိုင်​အောင် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိ​ညာဉ်​သည် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ခို​လှုံ​ပါ၏။ အ​တောင်​တော်​အ​ရိပ်၌ ခို​လှုံ​ပါ၏။ 2 ငါ​သည် အ​မြင့်​ဆုံး​သော ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ငါ့​အ​မှု​ကို ပြီး​စီး​စေ​တော်​မူ​သော ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို​အော်​ဟစ်​မည်။ 3 ကောင်း​ကင်​က​လက်​တော်​ကို ဆန့်​တော်​မူ​မည်။ ငါ့​ကို​ကိုက်​စား​အံ့​သော​သူ​ကို အ​ရှက်​ခွဲ​သ​ဖြင့်၊ ငါ့​ကို ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​မည်။ က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​နှင့် သ​စ္စာ​တော်​ကို ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင် စေ​လွှတ်​တော်​မူ​မည်။ 4 ငါ့​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​သည် ခြင်္သေ့​စု​ထဲ​မှာ​နေ​ရ၏။ ဒေါ​သ​မီး​လောင်​လျက်​ရှိ​သော လူ​သား​တို့​တွင် ငါ​အိပ်​ရ၏။ သူ​တို့​သွား​တို့​သည် လှံ​နှင့်​မြား ဖြစ်​ကြ၏။ သူ​တို့​လျှာ​သည်​လည်း ထက်​သော​သန်​လျက်​ဖြစ်၏။

5 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ကောင်း​ကင်​မြင့်​သည်​ထက် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကြီး​မြင့်​တော်​မူ​စေ​သ​တည်း။ မြေ​ကြီး​တစ်​ပြင်​လုံး​ကို ဘုန်း​တော် လွှမ်း​မိုး​ပါ​စေ​သ​တည်း။ 6 သူ​တို့​သည် ငါ​သွား​ရာ​လမ်း၌ ကျော့​ကွင်း​ကို ပြင်​ဆင်​ကြ​ပြီ။ ငါ့​ဝိ​ညာဉ်​သည် နှိမ့်​ချ​လျက်​ရှိ၏။ ငါ့​ရှေ့၌ တွင်း​ကို​တူး​ကြ​ပြီး​မှ ကိုယ်​တူး​သော တွင်း​ထဲ​သို့​ကိုယ်​ကျ​ကြ​ပြီ။ 7 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​နှ​လုံး​သည် တည်​ကြည်​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​နှ​လုံး​သည် တည်​ကြ​ည်ပါ၏။ သီ​ချင်း​ဆို​ပါ​မည်။ ချီး​မွမ်း​ထော​မ​နာ​ပြု​ပါ​မည်။ 8 အို​ငါ့​ဝိ​ညာဉ်၊ နိုး​လော့။ တ​ယော​နှင့် စောင်း​တို့ နိုး​ကြ​လော့။ ငါ​လည်း စော​စော​နိုး​မည်။ 9 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ပ​ရိ​သတ်​အ​လယ်၌ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ချီး​မွမ်း​ပါ​မည်။ လူ​မျိုး​တို့​တွင် ကိုယ်​တော်​အား ထော​မ​နာ​သီ​ချင်း ဆို​ပါ​မည်။ 10 အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​သည် ကောင်း​ကင်​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ သ​စ္စာ​တော်​သည် မိုး​တိမ်​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း မီ​ပါ၏။ 11 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ကောင်း​ကင်​မြင့်​သည်​ထက် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကြီး​မြင့်​တော်​မူ​စေ​သ​တည်း။ မြေ​ကြီး​တစ်​ပြင်​လုံး​ကို ဘုန်း​တော်​လွှမ်း​မိုး​ပါ​စေ​သ​တည်း။

1 Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me;

For my soul taketh refuge in thee:

Yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I take refuge,

Until these calamities be overpast.

2 I will cry unto God Most High,

Unto God that performeth all things for me.

3 He will send from heaven, and save me,

When he that would swallow me up reproacheth; [Selah

God will send forth his lovingkindness and his truth.

4 My soul is among lions;

I lie among them that are set on fire,

Even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows,

And their tongue a sharp sword.

5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;

Let thy glory be above all the earth.

6 They have prepared a net for my steps;

My soul is bowed down:

They have digged a pit before me;

They are fallen into the midst thereof themselves. [Selah

7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed:

I will sing, yea, I will sing praises.

8 Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp:

I myself will awake right early.

9 I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the peoples:

I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

10 For thy lovingkindness is great unto the heavens,

And thy truth unto the skies.

11 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;

Let thy glory be above all the earth.
